I don't think bitcoin could drop back to $1300-$1500 again, and I guess $1820 will be the lowest price of bitcoin at the moment, if you missed that chance then you should wait for another decrease.
Never spend all of your capital, divide into some amounts and buy 1-2 times before August 1st, and buy more than 2-3 times after August 1st whwther it will rise up or decline as bitcoin suppose to increase after segwit activated.

I think bitcoin can drop back to 1500, but for a very short period. It is still too unstable.

Why did you mention alts like LTC or Dash or ETH? They always crashed with BTC and i don't think it will change for some months or years

That seems realistic to me.

Of course, no "end of the world". But what if too much of common investors will be gone for a long time..
