I've already talked to Charlie about my issue along with anybody else I could get ahold of.
Jtheboss95, you have no idea how to navigate customer service. Don't make empty threats, just go ahead and contact this guy.
However, if you talk to him like the 17-18 yearold that you are, don't expect any resolution. There's a way to get what you want, and you aren't doing it.
Ive already given him all the details associated to the order multiple times. All 3 times he said he was making a ticket and is manually doing something to it or w/e and then no further updates.
