I think that your reasoning is wrong here, you think because XBY is a coin that it should be able to give anonymity but it isn't meant to replace bitcoin or other altcoins that are only used to make payments and store value. XBY is a platform for dapps and the coin is the "blood"of the network, the main currency to pay with in the XBY ecology so it really doesn't need anonymity. Most people paying for apps in Playstore for example don't really care about being anonymous, the group that focus so much on anonymity is much smaller than the group that don't really care.

The explanation about PoSign isn't right in that article because he is saying that all nodes need to sign the block so it can be validated. If it work like that then anybody can sabotage XBY just by leaving one node offline. What really happens is that the nodes that are online at the time the transaction happen will sign the block and as i understood from Jhar the nodes that were offline will doublecheck the block when they come online but don't need to sign the block themselves.

There was nothing stopping people to break Statics to begin with, from the start it was possible to break Statics whenever you want. So the coins aren't really locked, best would be to sell the Static but there are always reasons why people will break it.

About your concerns that XFUEL is diluting XBY, that is completely not true. People holding XFUEL can do 2 things at the moment, use it for Statics or sell it for XBY.
The way you are using dilution here is in the purest meaning of the word, the team didn't create more XBY but came up with another token to get funds without damaging XBY. If they would of created more XBY then you would of been right. XFUEL is paired only with XBY, this means if someone wants to cash out on XFUEL they need to trade it for XBY first and you can't have a Static without XBY so demand for XBY stays.

The only "dilution" i see here is that because more nodes can be created by using XFUEL it will take longer to be at max Statics cap. But the result will always be the same as what the team intended to do from the start and that is to have a big portion of XBY "locked" into Statics. This so called dilution will make the network much stronger by the way.

XFUEL is really a great idea when you think carefully about it because it generates funds for dev, it gives people that don't have enough money a chance to get a Static (earn xfuel and buy xby, combine them to start one), make it possible to create more Statics to strengthen the network and surely there are more benefits.

Ofcourse sometimes demand for XBY will be lower when XFUEL is cheaper because people will want to have a Static as cheap as possible but there will come a moment that XBY will become harder to get and the value will surely go up. Demand for XBY will always be there because it is the "blood"of the platform.

Then sell your XBY if you don't feel comfortable with it, they said from the start that the whitepaper will be released when everything is working. If you put some effort to read how all of this started then you would of understand why things are happening this way and if you have read it and still make these kind of comments then there is no way to help you.
By the way, having a whitepaper doesn't mean either that it will succeed. There are enough projects out there with whitepaper but still no working or 100% working product.

Seriously, you and some other people in slack really got some issues, you started a fight as soon as you saw that the website design that you liked wasn't going to win. Calling people dumbasses, yobit pumpers and and other negative things is what got you banned. You didn't have anything constructive to say except that the one that you liked looked pro and the other not. Now you come here to act like a victim! This is life, get used to it because you won't be getting everthing you want in life. Funny to see that some people only want community votes if it works in their favour.

The early investors are the ones that saw the potential in XBY while still in the early stage. The decision for 500k/L1 node was made to have as many longterm investors as possible to create a stable and trusted network. Because XBY will be used to pay for services you can't have unlimited nodes. As i understand L2 nodes will be almost the same as L1, only thing is that to earn as much as a L1 node owner you need more L2 nodes because these will be cheaper.

When these guys were promoting XBY alot of people didn't invest at low price because they didn't trust it yet. At start when i found out about XBY i didn't invest alot either because i didn't really have a lot of trust in it untill CC posted his first video. It was made clear from the start if i remember correctly that the amount of nodes would be limited. Sometimes you miss opportunities because you find out about something later than somebody else or you wait too long to invest early because you have not enough trust but that's how life is. It was all fair because all the information needed at that moment was out there, the thing is that you learned about XBY later than others.

CC has been transparent from the start about the project and which info they would willing to share or not or later. For a young project like this they are doing well and people can complain about the mistakes that are made but even devs from big projects that had ICO make mistakes and need the input of the community to stay on the right track.

A project with a succesfull ICO can attract talented devs easier, these guys are working for free (no ICO for XBY) and trying to bring out something new. The people that are complaining about seeing no progress entered this project with the wrong expectations.  I bought XBY with the expectation to see something good after 6 months but it seems it may be sooner.

When i see how active these guys are on slack i wish that the devs from the tokens that i am holding were this active (guess that the devs from those big projects only communicate alot before and during ICO and after that you don't hear much from them). I think because XBY slack is very active that people expect new information every day.

I don't like the website that was released and the hype created around it but i am happy there is one place with all information. I am sure things will become better, i'm keeping my XBY and support it because i want to see something new released into the cryptoworld.

It's not, i am only staking ICOB because i am staking other coins on my mini PC.

What we need is developement, ICOB needs something to sell. At the moment there isn't much going on.

To keep it simple it is all about supply and demand. At the beginning of a project like XBY for example the investors (the early adopters) invest by the information they are getting, like what is the purpose of the project. You try to get these investors by explaining them what you are trying to accomplish and hope to create demand this way. As the project progress you get another type of investors, these will use market capitalization to determine if it is worth investing in the project. So in the end if the early adopters have invested enough and the project is progressing nicely you will create demand for the other type of investors. So it's just about supply and demand but you have different types of investors that will only invest when they have certain information.

Guess i need to learn about waves. Anyway if 1 ICOB= 2 ICOB-W, does this mean that the persons that entered the Special Investment Program will get 2 times as much ICOB-W when you have to release it? For example if someone deposited 100k ICOB for 6 months do they get (100000x200%)x2=400000 ICOB-W?

There were many suggestions made but Pioneer doesn't seem to want to do anything with them. For now people don't really care about ICOB because of the lack of communication. No one knows what is going on except for the people working close with him guess (if there is any), the only thing reminding me that i hold ICOB is the wallet that is staking. Luckily there are projects out there with more active devs that can keep my mind away from this. Maybe Pioneer will surprise us with something good, you never know, only thing we can do is wait on that announcement of his  .

The minimum of wallets you will have for first setup is 3. Your main (spendable ) wallet, deposit and static wallet.  Deposit is the one holding the 500k XBY. Static will be coupled to deposit and static will be the one that needs to be online. CC suggested a 4th wallet so it is easier to keep track  how much you are earning from running the Static but you can use spendable if you want too. If you do so you will have 3 wallets with earnings 4.

If your machine goes down the wallet will still be there  so just turn on back your machine and run Static again. Static wallet is the one you will need to run to earn XBY.  If your node goes offline you won't be earning anything untill you run it again.

Take some PI from the signature campaign and pay them.They deserve it.
