Looking to buy Amazon SES Accounts under the following conditions:
- Out of sandbox and sending limit increased to 50k - not more, not less
- At least one region open. If all three regions are open, value of the account is higher and I am willing to pay for it
- Fresh accounts, not from 2015 or other aged ones with dodgy sending statistics
- Payment via Escrow, PayPal. If we get a long term relations with me buying bulk, we can as well agree on other payment methods.
