1  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: Is STEX.com a scam? on: May 26, 2019, 10:00:48 PM
Hello, I would like to know if the stex.com is scam. I can not access my account after allowing only one IP (My ISP changed the IP after a local network failure), I contacted the chat support, they requested to contact via email, but so far I have not gotten a response. Chat support only repeats the same message: Send your data via email and ask to disable "Allow Logins via IPs". I'm already out of patience. 3 days and still did not respond to my email.
Sounds like this was your fault? You enabled an option that blocks every IP other than X and you changed your IP (regardless of if it was intentional or was your ISP's fault)... Looks like they are just doing what they have been told to do.

So, you already emailed them with your data and request to disable the IP option? If that's the case, 3 days doesn't seem like a lot of time to call them a scam.

That could be the reason, they have an option like that in your personal dashboard when I'm still in Azart campaign I sold all my coins in that exchange after I verified my account I did not face any hassle depositing, trading and withdrawing my coins. everything is easy and hassle-free.
Support asked me to prove that I am the account owner.
I tried this with my 2FA code and now they are sending a tutroial about using 2FA, and I just want to have access to my account, but I can not have it because I'm blocked by IP. They are sending me the automatic answers, it's the same attendant, and the guy does not look at the history of the conversation?

They did not respond to my email, now do you think it's a scam?
So, you sent them what they requested and they still did nothing? Or you didn’t because you don’t trust them with your data? If it’s the first, then it looks like it could be a scam. But unfortunately I don’t know what we can do to help you. It could even be a excuse to get your coins in case you don’t want to comply with their requests (which is pretty shady).

Do you know if they have an account here?

I sent my document, a picture of me holding a paper with "Stex" next to my document, the estimated amount of coins, and the CoinIMP.com transaction history for my account. They also ask for video, but before sending it, I asked if I could send it in my language. They did not respond to the email and the chat said that it had not arrived. I proved that I had sent and responded with: "Dear User
Please prove that you are the owner of this account. "
I made a screenshot of the page that shows the code for the 2FA, I sent as proof to them.

I do not want your help and I know that no one can help me, I'm just reporting a fraud (would you prefer more people to fall into a fraud?). If you want to say something obvious, ok but not on my topic.

I recently tested BiteBTC with a small amount on WebChain.  It was a fraud already reported in the forum and in groups on Facebook. If the blow was not reported on the forum, I would have deposited all my coins there.
