I'm Lucas, from Payza. Our Bitcoin team is aware that there are multiple transaction that are not being confirmed within the Blockchain at the
moment, while some others are simply not being registered at all. Let me reassure everyone: your funds are safe. We're currently assessing the
situation and trying to find a fix. In the very near future, our team will reverse every Bitcoin transaction that did not go through and your funds
will be back in your Payza account, so you'll be able to initiate a new Bitcoin withdrawal if you so desire. From there, we'll work on permanently

The problem is not a technical .I asked for the address from which the translation. I have not received a reply.
Sending support tickets won't help you, did you try to use their chat service and talk with one of their support managers in real time?I did it twice in the past, and they solved my issues within a few minutes.
