Come on his family are not free targets. Sorry aim for him but not gran, dad or mum unless u can link them directly to the scam.
filharvey, They arent linked to the scam at all. However they will be getting a letter from me detailing his BTC Quick scam so they know what type of a person he is.

What's with all the Jerrod "trucoin" retweets?
Don't tell me that has anything to do with him, I will flip out.
Yep, it's true. Jerrod is VP of Biz Dev at TruCoin. So he scammed us and started a clone company. It's just totally unreasonable and unacceptable at this point to not even properly address BTCQuick holders. Statdude, Wow un-fucking believable. This is actually insane. I am going to write letters to every employee at TruCoin detailing his BTC Quick Scam. I might send letters to all of his family members as well.

Wait a minute... Why are we DOXin Jerrod? He took off with people's coin or something? I'm confused... I haven't used this service in a long time, but I've purchased well over 15k worth of BTC from btcquick and had no issues... Can someone let people know what the hell is going on??? And you forgot the Twitter. That was the primary way to contact him. I created a twitter account just to keep tabs of their supply and to check my order if it were delayed for some reason. You'll see a tweet from me demanding my 5btc, lol. Oh, the good old days. I dont understand yet, why this has come back around, and i will delete this post if the shareholders and BTCQuick have subsequent agreement/s in place i am not aware of....but at the time, his shareholders didnt receive anything close to a clear breakdown of his business revenues. Therefore, you could only conclude that funds were being siphoned off by him, and shared between himself and Marco Santori in the shape of a retainer. Stereotype/ Lucky Cris, Jerrod did two illegal things with his BTCQuick scam. 1. He sold unregistered securities 2. He stole 100% of the investors money There is an ongoing investigation with the Colorado Department of Regulatory Agencies Division of Securities. I am working with stock security & fraud lawyers to start litigation against him and the company. I am also planning on filing a complaint this week with the SEC. Oh. Interesting. Good for you. I was a shareholder, but wrote off what i was eventually left with, as it wasn't a large amount in the end. My interest in this regard, was always, how much Mr Santori profited from this, and how ethical/legal his involvement actually was. Wish you well, with this. Oh i understand. Yea I owned alot, over 320,000 shares.

Has anyone else received a buyback offer for Cavirtex shares from Joseph David, the CEO?
The buy back offer is for CAD$0.40 or 0.00070052 BTC per share (the equivalent of CAD$40 or 0.070052 BTC per unit as then listed on Havelock)
The offer expires Sept 25th, 2014.
It seems like a very low price. I wonder if you decide to keep your shares, do you have to prove you are an accredited investor?

All BTCQuick Shareholders,
I need help with aiding the investigation into BTCQuick.
I need proof of stock purchases from Bitfunder but I cannot access my Bitfunder account.
Does anyone have any Bitfunder screenshots of their purchases/account history of BTC Quick stock?
Does anyone have any screenshots of the shareholder list that was on the website?
Let me know
Everyone, nevermind. I was finally able to log into my Bitfunder account and PDF all my transactions.

At his talk at the Bitcoin Expo 2014 in Toronto, Joseph David said that shareholders will be receiving their official shareholder papers by mail sometime in April (IIRC), in batches a week at a time for a few weeks, or something like that.
Basically, they're working on it and should soon send something.
Any update on this? I haven't received anything yet.

I invested in Cavirtex ( https://www.cavirtex.com/home) on Havelock Investments. They have since gone private and were supposed to mail out shareholders certificates and financial information. I have not received anything yet from the company. Have any Cavirtex investors out there received anything yet? Thanks,

Just keeping the board updated. It says the following on btcquick.com Investors
We've raised more than $500k from the following investors:
The Panama Fund Jerrod, I think you should start buying back these virtual shares at the IPO price with profits/new investor capital. It doesnt have to be all at once. Can be a monthly buyback to make it easier. Just find investors willing to sell and cancel their shares on the portal.

You should be able to verify share ownership now.
Could someone explain the verification process please? Do you have to sign up, and pay, for an account at btcQuick to verify shares? You do not need to complete the verification process but you do need to be logged in in order to visit the investor portal link OK, I currently feel totally stupid, but I don't find this link on the side. I'm logged in, but where do I verify my Shares? Use this link www.btcQuick.com/beta/investorI couldn't find a link to the investor portal either from the main login. I dont think he wants this page public, thats why.
