1  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Initial Coin Offering - We want to do it right! on: August 20, 2017, 03:22:57 PM
Thank you so much for your thoughtful opinion!

I personally meet all of your qualifications, but I'm sure that doesn't help your very exciting negative post. At the very least you have shown me this forum isn't good for idea collaboration which is unfortunate. I can see I will get only shallow minded non-critical thinkers here. I was looking for collaborative ideas and suggestions not angry people who enjoy flaming others. I really misread this forum. I'll be shutting this thread down shortly.

Listen for your sake; this world doesn't need anymore negative, angry, unhelpful people. It needs compassion and friendship. I'm not a young man anymore and in fact, I have the qualifications to teach Economics and/or Software Development. I've owned many companies and have even written my own Private Placements (required for IPO's, but of course you knew that). Such negativity breeds failure and the opposite of success!

Just think about what I said here so that in the future you might try cooperating and collaborating, and even find it fun & interesting. "Why make enemies when you can make friends?" - Swami Veda Bharati

Well thank you all for your replies, even the negative ones! My personal goal is not to rob or scam, but I understand why you would think so. None of you provided a solution or idea to make this a better cryptocurrency than what is out now which was my hope for posting this. I'm saddened there is no one on here who wants to contribute rather than apply their unfounded negative opinion!

The major difference for our proposed cryptocurrency was to back it up by actual value. Yes it is also de-centralized, but again I understand why some of you see it otherwise. I will seek out other advice in different arenas to find the few that have actual ideas to contribute. The whole "We want to do it right!" meant we want to strive for a solution that works not just lines our pockets.

Anyway, the cryptocurrency isn't even to the testing phase yet. When it does come out I don't expect any of you to buy any so none of you have to be afraid of being scammed!

Hello all,

My team and I are creating a cryptocurrency based on Cryptonote. We want to do an ICO; and we want to do it right! Our concept is to create the coin, a wallet app, and an exchange of course. First we are building apps for iPhone and Androids where all of the funds for these apps will go into the exchange immediately adding value by having currency ready for trade into and out of our coin. We are considering no fees for exchange and minor (if any) spread.

Second, our wallet app will take advantage of iPay and Android Pay for purchasing. This will work by exchanging our coins into the app owner's local currency (mostly USD for now) right before purchase into the wallets used by iPay and Android Pay. Our coin only has a 15 second verification cycle in order to make purchasing fast enough.

Here are the bullet points:

- We will have an exchange with a USD account filled through an app portfolio.
- No one owns the exchange and coin voting rights will be used to determine operations.
- Our wallet app uses iPay and Android Pay for purchasing.
- Cryptonote provides anonymity so no reporting to any centralized government is necessary.
- We are not looking for a high valued coin; rather we want it to be as fungible as possible (spendable).
- We are trying to make this an easily mined coin.
- All Retailers who choose our network to receive transactions become miners! This means Retailers actually make money from transactions and we don't charge any fees!!

I humbly ask all who read this to provide suggestions and comments to help us conduct a proper ICO? Please be as detailed as possible on technical issues. We want to do this right. We are currently in testing and things look good.

Thank you all in advance!!

P.S. Moderator - If I posted this in the wrong forum then please let me know so I can adhere to your rules.
4  Economy / Exchanges / Need Exchange takes crypto deposit & withdrawal no ID docs offers Binary options on: March 08, 2017, 05:02:57 AM
Hello everyone,

I'm somewhat new to this forum but longtime lurker... I'm looking to move from Whaleclub to another exchange that offers the same services:

-Crypto deposit & withdrawals without need for ID docs.
-Trade forex (fiat) pairs.
-Trade Crypto pairs.
-Trade CFD or Margin on both crypto & forex.
-Offers Binary Options or also called Turbo Trading.
-Offers online charts; MT$ also a plus but not necessary. Charts must be accurate for both Margin & Binary options!!!

I do my straight crypto trading on Bitfinex, but I want to trade more 10x - 100x margin and binary options. I'm leaving Whaleclub because their charts do not match the trade prices (I'm not exaggerating)! TradingView for the charts system is fine (although limiting without paid subscription), but the spread and orderbook need to match the data from TradingView charts!

All help is appreciated.
5  Economy / Exchanges / Re: Exchanges that don't require verification to trade cryptocoins and fiat on: March 08, 2017, 04:55:09 AM
What would really be awesome is a list of exchanges who take deposit & withdrawal of crypto AND offer fiat/forex pairs, binary options and classic trading tools like CFD!!

For example Whaleclub offer Margin, Turbo Trading (binary options), and forex trading, BUT their charts are in accurate so don't use them and BE WARNED!

So now all we need is an exchange that offers everything Whaleclub does but doesn't cheat their member by having misleading charts.

Please tell someone knows of such an exchnage?!

Thanks for putting this list together! I have feedback on Whaleclub...

I'm leaving them as I type this. BE WARNED!!

Their charts (from TradingView) are not accurate to the trades. It is hard to find this out without asking directly or testing the system with real money. I demoed the system for quite a while proving out my system and filtering down to very specific roadmap of signals. My binary trading system has a 96% success rate, and my margin trading system has a 98% success rate. I've traded forex for many years and cryptocurrencies for quite a while. After the demo period and going in with real money 4 trades went mysteriously bad on me. I contacted them and they admitted the trading platform has different data in the feed than the charts from TradingView. Please understand you have to use TradingView as their charts because their system is dependant on them!

Just don't go there!!
7  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Super Successful Strategy - Need Alerts! on: January 27, 2017, 05:50:10 AM
I know those well too. Do you have a system for alerts for any or all of those charts?
8  Economy / Trading Discussion / Super Successful Strategy - Need Alerts! on: January 26, 2017, 09:58:23 PM
Hi Everyone,

This is my first post but I'm not a noob to Bitcoin (& forex) trading. I have recently applied a modified strategy to trading bitcoin on Bitfinex as my current exchange from my past successful formula for Forex trading. I'm 9 out of 10 trades successful. Yeah, I know this sounds pie-in-the-sky but it is true and I plan on sharing the strategy for free (so this isn't a pitch). I can't find a solution to creating custom alerts from the Bitfinex API and/or from Cryptowatch. I use Cryptowatch for technical analysis and Bitfinex to execute trades. Please, no need to mention Bitfinex's hack, I already know all about it.. On Cryptowatch I use the combination of Chart EMA's, Volume, MACD, and Aroon for my strategy. I can't find anything anywhere where I can set custom alerts for my formulas! Currently I have to be glued to cryptowatch during trading in order to see the indicators and signals. For example, I missed my sell signal because I had to pick my daughter up from school the other day because I have no alerts available.

My question:

Does anyone else use the MACD &/or Aroon as indicators with successful alerts based on their calculations? If os please provide info. If not, does anyone suggest a best approach to using a certain API to get alerts for the respective indicators?

I thought about using Bitfinex's API to custom script alerts on my own server; however, my programming experience is in PHP & javascript and I'm rusty at that. I'm looking for ideas and suggestions on how to approach this dilemma.

All topic related suggestions & ideas are appreciated.
