I received an email from RC BitInstant, however they have not fixed my execution price and say that it is FEES for our service.
It was an incorrect execution price and it was my understanding that it would be fixed. On top of that, I still wish for a refund of the fees
as well, it makes no sense to pay for a service fee when you don't receive the service. The service fee was for receiving my BTC at the correct rate
and promptly, which BitInstant failed on both accounts. I want the money I didn't receive from the execution price delay as well as a refund of the fees.

Hey URSAY, I was on the 4/10 List for a issue regarding my execution price, I
still need about .11 BTC sent to my wallet. I haven't gotten any emails or received an update.

I am still looking into issues that were previously logging on my dated support lists as I slowly integrate into the new support system with the other CS agents.

For users that have logged issues with me regarding execution price, I have been told that someone is working on those issues today so you may see some more coins soon!  Smiley

*IMPORTANT UPDATE*

I am being told that I may have access to the new support software management sometime today.  In the meantime I need to keep trying to help.

If you have a current issue open...EVEN IF I HAVE PUT YOU ON A SUPPORT LIST OR OPENED A TICKET FOR YOU...I need your email address so I can try and contact you with any updates or questions.  I simply cannot manage all users issues thru forum PMs and forum posts with the increasing volume and amount of double posts and posts which do not provide me enough info to open a ticket.

Send me a PM with your email address AND order ID # or quote ID # so I can open you ticket or attempt to update you on your current status.

Hey URSAY, I'm glad to say that the patience payed off and I got my bitcoins sent to my wallet!
I appreciate all your help, however I still need another ticket opened up on today's support escalation list as I only got .41 BTC when I was expecting ~.51
I got the current rate as opposed to the rate of my transaction which should have been ~160.
I was also hoping the transaction fee would be refunded for the delay. I'd appreciate it very much URSAY

You have posted like 3 times in the last couple of pages. URSAY has said that he doesn't have time to be replying to each and every post that comes through here, as he would much rather be spending his time actually solving things than reading posts with too many smiley faces. If you have posted on here, he will see it and you will be added to the next list. 4/10 still hasn't been put out officially yet, so please look at that when he posts it. It should hopefully be soon.

I slipped through the cracks last time, and didn't get on the list even before the deadline.
just looking for confirmation from URSAY, not you buddy. I understand he is busy
all I'm looking for is a reply that says "yeah you on tha list.  Cheesy"

Hi all.

Support list for 4/9 has officially been escalated to level 2 support.  If you are in an older list that does not mean you don't have priority.  I still have to log current issues by date and formally submit them to level 2.

Now updating list for 4/10.  I will start with PMs and then jump back into the thread.

Some other updates your might find useful...

I am going to try and combine my support lists tonight so they are more easily searchable.  Also, as I mentioned before, I got some new training on resolving certain types of issues myself.  I hope to take care of some of the lagging issues that have not been resolved.  However, there is probably a reason those issues lag...they are likely complex and above my level of support.

Doing my best to keep you updated while working on the issues.

the only resolution is to stop doing business with BitInstant in the future.
this plus small claims, or class action if others want to join in on the fun Smiley

if these problems doesn't get resolved, then I'm sure BitInstant will have a class action on its hands.

It's pretty clear that the you won't get the rate that was current at the time you made the transaction.
It will be the BTC rate of when your problem gets resolved. BitInstant definitely doesn't have the money to refund everyone their lost BTC.
URSAY is not gonna be able to change that, and the only resolution is to stop doing business with BitInstant in the future.

I used BitInstant. CVS MoneyGram --> Blockchain.
It's my first time getting into bitcoins and its been kind of a headache already.  Sad
I would really appreciate any help I can get.
I have my reference # and receipt. I tried tracking the order on bitinstant, but it was not found.
I'm guessing it's like that for most people though.

Order ID # or quote ID #?

I'm not sure where to find that, no where on my receipt did I find an Order ID or Quote ID #
and my ZipZap email contains an account number.
However none of these numbers look like a Order ID or Quote ID#
