How is if "fair" if you don't let people win?

Your customer service is dismal. I haven't heard a thing from you since making a 400mBtc payout request on March 20th.

Be nice if they stopped with the silly bonuses and their ridiculous roll-over terms and just focused on actually being a BOOKMAKER, standing by their prices and honoring bets, instead of crying every time someone who is a little bit sharper than them takes money off them.

You can't just expect to buy a turn-key bookmaker product and print money from the off. They seem to be chasing the bet365 model without any of the expertise and professionalism.

The sooner they learned to stop bitching about paying winning customers the more chance they have of surviving long term. As it is, they are far too short sighted and people will won't bother with them if all they read online is reports of non payments and ridiculous time-consuming efforts customers are put through to get paid.

There are more complaints about 1xbet and 1xbit than any other bookmaker. Especially 1xbet (You need to disassociate yourself from this lot if you are, as you say, a separate enterprise). 

Sure, all bookmakers get their pants pulled down from time to time, but most take it on the chin, pay out and get on with it.

You are in the betting business for god's sake.
