THANK YOU!! FINALLY GOT MY COINS!

Even if i did lose about $26 from the original price i might consider using bitinstant again in the future.

Just so everyone knows they did give me more coins then i originally purchased, they are just worth less now. Smiley

          i have sent bitinstant and you all my order details. paid using zipzap, when i contacted support i even through in my btc wallet address  and i still have not seen a result even after i completed a different set of instructions each to get this resolved. what is going on?

4/7 : Cash deposit, zipzap confirmed bitisntant has my money. nothing received

4/8 : Was told order was manually pushed, nothing received

4/9: Was told i would be on the 4/10 support list, still nothing received

4/10: Was told to send you my email address still nothing received.

4/11: Was told to use bitinstant.com/contact, created a support tickey,again also included not only my zipzap order # but also my btc address. Used bitfloor to make another deposit got instant results.

4/12: Nothing received

4/13: Nothing received

4/14: Asked you on the forums what was going on, was ignored and nothing received.

4/15: Making another attempt to contact you to find out what the problem is. zipzap has confirmed bitinstant has my money and susposely bitisntant now does "direct to BTC address deposit" so why am i still having to wait regardless of pushing my order through or not?

7 days after my cash deposit.. i have sent my zipzap order ID and bitcoin address to bitinstant through there new contact page and still have not seen a result ordered on 4/7

so I made a bitinstant to bitcoin address moneygram a bit over 3 hrs ago.  I recieved confirmation from zipzap that their end has completed.  have heard nothing from bitinstant.  how long should this take?  how long should I wait until being concerned?

A long time.......   Read the past posts.

just meant how long should i wait until notifying bitinstant and requesting help.

I would say 6 hours is more then enough time to wait before opening a ticket.

HEll I've waited over 5 days now..still nothing

bitinstant, Understanding was over with 3 of 5 days ago. Don't need excuses, don't need a different set of instructions everyday, i just need my coins or money back.  Thanks.

Just made another deposit using another company and i got my coins instant... I wonder why its been 5 days and i still have not received nothing but talk from bitinstant. Consider me not saying the name of the company an incentive to get me my $160 worth of coins today.

Ursay, i sent you my email. I was suppose ti have my order pushed through on 4/8 and then i was also put on the 4/10 support list. it is 8:58est and i still havn't heard anything from  you or bitinstant.

Excuse me for showing that we resolve issues.  Silly me.  You have been added to the 4/10 support list.

Please stop getting an attitude with YOUR customers its not our fault that bitinstant is having problems. Now with that being said my order was suppose to be pushed through manually on 4/8 according to your previous post and now your saying i'm on the support list for 4/10? This is not acceptable and deserves further explanation.

  I spent nearly $160 to using zipzap and bitinstant in ordder to purchase bitcoins for my blockchain.info address. I complete the purchase at around 5:30pm est and it is now 1:34am est the next day! This is really troubling considering I need the coins asap. Normally i do not have a problem. Just like other people i received a confirmation from zipzap saying my order was completed successfully but did not receive one from bitinstant. If i can (considering this is only my 2nd post) I will be Pming the ceo right after this post.

If you do not provide any details about your order then we are unable to look it up in our systems and help you!  Sad


I summited my information via pm and support ticket. The support tickets say resolved but yet my issues has not been resolved and no feedback was given on them.. Why is this?

Again this order was place on 4/7 at 5:30pm its been over 36 hours later. zipzap account number is:760496034
i have posted this in several places besides here but i figured i would try here too and considering we are now on 4/9. I hope i can get some conclusion today
