their action say what team they really are, they are just interested in the money, no in the real development of the coin and the people who participates in the ICO

i got a big problem, i am very idiot and i read conditions to not send ETH from exchanges like Poloniex or Bittrex last week, but this morning i forgot the terms and i send 29,1 ETH to your ETH address.
I send you an email this morning but nobody reply me, it is possible to solve the problem?
i was going to pourchase a total of 100 ETH, i was going to send 70 ETH more from bittrex, and i remember the condition terms to not send from exchanges, and i want to solve that problem before pourchase them from "myetherwallet".
