I'm new to this Just trying to find out some answers

1. If I shut down GUI Miner do I lose what I have been mining?
2.If I mine multiple pools or cloud mine do I need to have multiple wallet addresses can I use one?
3. Also If I'm not posting in the right place to get the answers that I'm looking for ,  Where Do I go?
