1  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Service Discussion (Altcoins) / Re: Experiences with CoinsMarkets.com? on: January 19, 2018, 02:35:30 PM
I managed to login to the site and check my balances, for EMB it said the 'Trade Engine is offline' - I take that meaning I can't create a withdrawal address.

I also saw my BTC balance which on the site shows still 0.051 BTC, but when I checked on Blockexplorer I have 0.101 BTC - I don't quite understand why there is that much in my wallet because I know I only had 0.051 BTC in there.

Having said that the EMB I had in my wallet was at the time of buying equal to 0.05 BTC, so the balance I have now with the EMB would make what is in the wallet the correct sum.

Thoughts?

Also withdrawal isn't possible at this time either.

I have around 25M EMB & 0.051 BTC on coinsmarkets, which for me is a lot but for others maybe not so, but that's besides the point.

What we are talking about here is an exchange; a marketplace in which we trade assets, it's not just a website that can go down without a massive problem, we're talking about possibly 100's of millions!!!! and they take THIS LONG to rectify it?!

What CM's have done is unacceptable even if they come back online. I will be taking out everything I have a saying good riddance, if they can do it once what would stop them doing it again? They clearly don't care about their users aside from our money.

Which brings me to a point: If they do come back online, they must know that people would just sell & withdraw everything they own on there and go to a more stable exchange, meaning they're not likely to come back online because of that reason.

What really gets me boiled is if I could have made a few trades that I desired to make I would have been up $50K+ right now and that's no BS! So as you can imagine I'm angry! And I know many of you have similar stories.

But my heart goes out to people that have even more money and now valuable assets in that exchange and even to the ones that have less but it hurts them more.

Here's a pick: Invest in Self Key (Not my pick, I paid over $2k for a course and mentorship in crypto and this was a solid pick - do your own research but hopefully it can make you some money).

What they have done is wrong and they should be sued (I'm not a legal person), surely a legal professional can shed some light as to what should and can be done in this situaton???

It's ridiculous that they are even allowed to re-open, we're not talking a day or 2 here, we're talking well over 2 weeks now! I went on holiday and came back and the same problem was still here, it's BS man! I wouldn't trust them again, even if they gave me free bitcoin lol.

Together though as a community and a people who are invested in this space must be able to do something about this cyber crime, because that's what it is people a frickin CRIME!

Exchanges are supposed to be reliable and especially exchanges in our space the crypto-world our world is so volatile so we need trustworthy and reliable exchanges to facilitate our buying and selling - simple! CM's stood up to that challenge then failed to deliver, surely, surely something from a legal standpoint CAN be done??!

Anyway RANT over, hope this helps anyone in whatever way, I'm just like you I lost a lot of money here and I'm hurt and angry that others have to. It's disgusting.

Guys stop spreading FUD, coinsmarkets hasn't been hacked and it's not a SCAM exchange. Keep the faith and stay strong mentally. I have 0.051 BTC and over 25M EMB in there and when I successfully logged in the first thing I did was check my BTC and my investments and they were all fine! So to everyone losing their sh*t, chill out and stay strong mentally.

8  Economy / Micro Earnings / My new bitcoin faucet - get earn up to 50,000 satoshi on: January 31, 2017, 11:06:07 AM
I have a new bitcoin faucet, it's timer is every 10 minutes, I am thinking to raise the amount of satoshi from minimum 50 to 500 - what do you think?

You also can earn 20,000-50,000 satoshi for completing simple offers, that won't take you more than 2 minutes to complete - I believe we all can win, so I have set the satoshi amount very high - I have been through the net looking at bitcoin faucets and none of them give out that many satoshi for doing such simple things on your part.

The link to my site is here: http://bitcoinbonanza.faucetfly.com/  [copy & paste]

Please note: That currently I am using a free faucet and you can setup your own if you have bitcoin, but I need your help to get this site setup properly (own domain, hosting, proper website functionality etc).

So to do that I do earn from my site (As one should, if they put effort in) through ads on site, but you also earn through the site too! And I think I have made it worth your time and very fair!

The referral reward is 100%! Also If you have any problems, issues with payment, need support I have that on my site also - Not a lot of faucets have that

So please help get this site up and running and get yourself some free bitcoin!

To summarize the benefits:

*10 minute timers (you can get free satoshi no strings attached every 10 minutes)
*you can earn an additional 20,000 - 50,000 satoshi for completing simple 2 minute offers
*I have been 100% transparent with you and have no intention of screwing you over in any way
*The referral reward is 100%
*I have included support

*If there are any bitcoin faucet owners who wish to give me some advice on how to market this site, what ads to include on site, how much satoshi to give out etc - please reach out to me!

Thank you guys!
