1  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Are ICOs dead? on: October 14, 2019, 06:16:29 PM
According to https://www.icodata.io/stats/2019 ICOs are not dead. In the last year ICOs raised 8 billion dollars and in this year less than $400K. Number of ICOs has dramatically fallen from 1253 ICOs last year to around hundred ICOs this year. ICOs didn't die, they have been replaced by STO and IEO, which by the way raised around 3 billion dollars this year.
2  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Service Discussion (Altcoins) / Re: Removal of signature before end of the campaign shouldn't cause disqualification on: October 14, 2019, 05:31:52 PM
Most of the bounty programs won't mention this rule in their thread. But when users want to leave the campaign in the middle, they will impose this rule.
So far every bounty I participated had rule about it and I don't recall that any bounty which didn't let me leave if rule about leaving wasn't there.
You can't permanently stick to a campaign which won't end after a certain period of time. I have seen some campaigns which are running for almost a year. Do you still think it's a good idea to stick into these type of campaigns?
Don't do long term campaigns, stay some time but not too long, manage your time better and join each month different campaign.
3  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Service Discussion (Altcoins) / Re: Looking for your feedback! on: October 14, 2019, 05:09:31 PM
It would be nice to hear from you some thoughts and feedback about this idea of a marketplace of crypto traders.
Website looks ugly and not professional, consider hiring web designer. Name binarix at the top look like someone forget to remove name from site, it should be bigger and first letter should be capital. There is no logo, no team, no company, terms of service looks very ugly, whole site looks like you have bought template for few bucks. Not something I would use.
4  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: How to be profitable in sports betting? on: October 12, 2019, 07:45:17 PM
A lot of us here love sports and we are betting at the same time.
I am not successful in this kind of venture but I would love to know from people here on what they do in order to win.
They say that sports betting has no house edge, but why is it it's still hard to win here?
I stop doing sport bets and since then I have more funds in wallet, but I have read there are bettors who are making living of it, they are arbitrage bettors and they search for games with positive expected values, yes, sport betting has house edge, information in topic is not accurate.
5  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Service Discussion (Altcoins) / Re: Bounties. IEOs or ICOs. on: October 12, 2019, 07:35:09 PM
I have spent hours searching for bounties and I have found this one, but it will end in 5 days. Has anyone researched bounty section for good bounties, I am looking for something without KYC, with good rewards, in the gaming field?
6  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Service Discussion (Altcoins) / Re: Would you participate in new project if it is not listed in ICO rating websites? on: October 12, 2019, 07:25:01 PM
If project is good and they have strong and experienced team why not, but so far I didn't see new project which has not been listed there. ICO rating sites and their ratings are only opinions by people who think they are experts and many times money talks. Investor should use ICO rating sites to find new projects, not to use it as investment guidelines.
7  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: how to earn free altcoin ?? on: October 11, 2019, 08:27:12 PM
Doing airdrop is the best and easiest way to earn free alts , but it's random value and mostly few of it. And the second way is doing faucet and bounties. It need a bit of work but the result is quite nice
Can you recommend airdrops where users could earn free alts, I have not seen good airdrop for very long time, frankly most airdropped tokens are sitting in my wallet, can't find projects lol. Faucets won't bring you much progress and bounty will give you good number but token value is another number hehe.
8  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Service Discussion (Altcoins) / Re: Bounty hunters needs to start respecting themselves on: October 11, 2019, 08:18:37 PM
Have you seen many airdops who have much more allocation?
They always are for few pennies ,nothing more but if we take into account the bounty amounts in recent months then airdop could be better than that Cheesy

I also do not understand why people go for those bounties with so little allocation maybe they just dont read the thread.
I try to calculate reward, first I check allocation then number of bounty participants and wage approximate reward, and join bounty at late stage. I also don't understand why would they accept low reward, why to work for less if you can get more, either they generally fail to do math or they join something just to join something.
9  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Online Poker vs Live Casino Poker on: October 11, 2019, 01:17:25 PM
Indeed, can you consider that Live casinos is have an advantage over online casinos?
I think online casino has advantage over live casino because you can play multi tables at the same time. I know few people who are earning extra bucks this way.
At that moment while watching him playing I think it is very easy to identify your opponent's faces and defeat than in online gambling casinos.
Watching someones opponents is one thing, try to play against people and you will see that it is not that easy to know when someone is bluffing.
10  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Do you think Voodoo works in Gambling Games? on: October 10, 2019, 04:46:05 PM
I'm a Christian and I also dont believe voodoo is everywhere since every nation for diversity of culture but in Africa where I come from some people who are traditionalist does use voodoo in gambling and it does works for them. However, such voodoo is hard to find and also have limitation either.
It is contradictory to say that something you don't believe in works for someone.

Gamblers are making all kind of things up to make them believe they will win and when they do they say it is because of lucky charms, voodoo dolls or other items, the thing is eventually every gambler will win and forget about how much money they lost, that is what is important in this story, that's why lucky charms.
11  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Gambling risk is higher when we are on Bear Market? on: October 10, 2019, 04:29:37 PM
I already lost a lot when I even bought those Bitcoins at $18,000 so the best thing I can do is to gamble it and earn more bitcoins to decrease my loss or breakeven it.
This kind of thinking will get you into bankruptcy if not in deeper debts. Everyone has ups and downs in life, imagine if we all went gambling on downs, we would all be in deep shit.

Either call it a lose and get out what you can and learn to live with it or go short with bitcoin, since ATH you could have earned that $18K back many times and you still can. Earn it, don't gamble it.
12  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Dice - A small mistake emptied my wallet. on: October 10, 2019, 02:13:32 PM
A small mistake on dice made my wallet get emptied. Only mistake is that I didn't added an additional zero to the bet amount. Instead of 0.00005 btc I mistakenly placed 0.0005 btc. Further on the consecutive bets went for a double the value. This all of the sudden emptied my wallet. I didn't watched the wallet until the bet amount in the tab turned zero. Further watched the bet history and understood what big mistake I've done.
This mistakes happen, lucky that you didn't have higher bankroll. Frankly, you would have lost it quickly even if it wasn't a mistake. 5000 satoshi is too high bet for martingale, it can last for 7 bad bets and this way you have lost it in only 4, it is not so big mistake.

14  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: IEO on: April 21, 2019, 10:58:11 AM
Do you believe in IEOs nowadays more than ICOs back in 2017 ?
No, I believed more in ICOs in 2017, nowadays I don't trust anyone who raise money online. IEOs, I don't know how exchanges are performing KYC's over team members, or are they doing it at all, but if this trend continues every exchange will hold IEO and then we are back at ICO's.
15  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Drop in ICO Price after listing on: April 21, 2019, 10:50:33 AM
After the exchange listing, its price has dropped to normal levels. And the price is low because it works for many bounty Hunter bounties and after getting the payment, it starts to sell. This means that the competition continues through the sales order. But after the Hunter's coins were sold, the trend could be seen increasing.
Could be but it isn't. Bounty hunters dump tokens and price remain 10X under ICO price, you can probably look at any smart contract and you will see most of them are down and under original price months after bounty hunters dumped their stash. Projects should do something about it, buy back should resolve this and price wouldn't drop so badly.
16  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Drop in ICO Price after listing on: April 21, 2019, 09:07:35 AM
Won't surprised if it happens. Most ICO's are suffering from big negative once listed on the market because during their token sale someone will take advantage of the bonus. That's why KYC is a must for participating in ICO.
What you have posted doesn't mean anything. What KYC has to do with bonus and value of tokens, it is usually low trading volume and bounty hunters are dumping tokens and nowadays investor wait ICO to finish to buy tokens from bounty hunters at much lower price. Lots tokens don't have real use, they are used to collect money and after that they are listed on exchange. No buy back, no use for project.
17  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Do not invest in ICO anymore. Do not Feed scammers on: April 20, 2019, 09:18:35 PM
for now it's not good to invest because the crypto market is downtrend. but believe me ICO will return like 2017 which is very popular with many investors
Investors who have been burned in 2017/2018 will never return and won't suggest anyone to invest in ico.
I agreed with you, most of ICO are scams and others are not getting soft cap but little are trusted yet ,so now we can invest in IEO that are launching through good exchanges.
IEO is new name for ICO, the same thing, difference is place where they collect money. Good exchange won't guarantee that investment will be safe and you will make profit.
18  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: KYC defeats the purpose of Crypto. Thoughts anyone? on: April 20, 2019, 02:20:36 PM
Or am I just being a grumpy old man?
Not at all. People joined crypto revolution because kyc wasn't required for anything and because of anonymity. I think lots of politics are involved in crypto lately and every single country wants piece of our money. They want to control crypto, I think they are very successful in that and crypto is slowly moving into different direction. Sooner or later every service will ask KYC, and we can't do anything about it. Accept it or leave this.
19  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: ETH or XRP on: April 07, 2019, 07:01:21 PM
Ethereum replacing bitcoin might not too happen too soon. Bitcoin had gone too far and it is considered as the main currency when speaking of crypto. It is the first crypto to be successful and to grow over thousands times compared it's original price when it was created.
Ethereum will never replace bitcoin they don't have the same purpose. I think people who think ripple will grow are late investors who have bought it on great 2017. pump and didn't sell it on time, I don't think ripple has good future while ethereum will grow because of coin offerings. Binance and projects collecting money there will have big impact on ethereum price.
20  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Do not be deceived... on: March 30, 2019, 10:49:10 PM
the market is starting to recover, there is no point in selling coins now, the cost is too low, you need to wait a bit, it will be a shame if in a year your coin will cost thousands of dollars.
It really does look like market start to recover but thread was created seven months ago and op said everyone should have little patience, it is not really little. It is long term patience in my opinion. I expect slow grow this year and next year things will become much better. Wait and see.
