Dear Bitfortune.io,

I just found you on this forum site. ...

Hi toyosuko.

Congrats with such a big win (over 4 BTC) in one of our most popular games Aztec Magic!

Replying to your post, we want to make these statements:
- We may have some issues with our frontend, there may be this little lag you've described. Our software engineers are looking into it, inspecting carefully our subsystem, that updates state in the browser. Currently we advise all our players to refresh the web page if you see this behaviour.
- We can't, as you say, update your wagering requirement in real time, because our software system simply can't do so. All the details about out wagering requirements our players can find on our FAQ page, and our software simply follows strictly these rules.
- We have a limit on maximum bet amount, that contributes to a wagering requirement completion, it's 0.015 BTC. If you make a 0.05 BTC bet, then only 0.015 BTC go into your wagering total. That's a common practice among many bitcoin online casinos.
- Currently all the machinery, that deals with wagering works using delayed jobs. That's why under heavy load there may be a little lag in updates to wagering amounts. But that definitely cannot be 10 BTC at once.
- That's why your bets contributed to your total wagering amount only partially. This is exactly what you've mentioned above. We'll look into all the details and send you an email with more details.

Dear Bitfortune.io,

I do understand you want this discussion elsewhere but I found you here and you advertise here so I need to clarify things to users of this site:
1. I read the terms in your FAQ once I started play. No mention of 0.015BTC max counted amount per bet when I started play. This has been added afterwards. But even so lets pretend it was not and I was unaware of this still:
2. The meter stopped for a lengthy period. Then it jumped on at least two occasions, one from 7btc to 16btc and one from 12btc to 17btc. Now suppose this was programmed to remove 30-15=15mb per spin on discrete occasions, then after playing 1200 spins which means 30x1200=36,000mb=36BTC it should have removed 18BTC giving me total wager of 18BTC (half since I played 30mb/spin and only 15mb counted) which would have given my remaining wager 30BTC (from 40xbonus=40x750=30BTC) - 18BTC= 12BTC. However now it is at 17,589mb=17.6BTC. So "magically" 5.6BTC has been added to the wager, which would mean if it is not outright FRAUD and SCAM, that someone that can not count added this by hand or that somone that can not program computers has made your software.
3. Now you say that you have emailed me on the issue, which is a 100% lie since I have not even entered an email address.
4. I also see now that others have had the same problems. Would be interesting to see whattheir bets per spin was.

To TheGamblingDude: What was your bet per spin?

-----------SCAM WARNING----------

Dear Bitfortune.io,

I just found you on this forum site. Went in deposited 500mb and got your bonusof 150%, i.e. 750mb so started with 1250mb and with your wager requirement of 40x need towager 40x750mb=30,000mb. Now of shear luck I looked around and found that you had a counter for this when pressing the withdraw tab.

After deposit I get message 50 freespins on Aztec Magic which gives me 4.5mb extra so 30,000+4.5*40~30,200 mb to wager. So I continue with Aztec Magic at 30mb/spin so it is more or less 1000 spin which is nice since Aztec Magic offers 1000 with autospin. Put autospin on 1000 and now comes the SCAM:

1. Aztec Magic does not show which spin you are at so from time to time I opened withdraw to see. First all looked fine, it even counted down while the game was running and did count down 30mb/spin as it should. Then all of a sudden I opened and it had stopped counting at 12,xxx mb, so I had it open for a while and thought it was just an update glitch but then it started counting again all of a sudden now exactly from 12,xxx mb where it was stuck. If it should be correct and it was an update glitch it should be a couple of thousands mb lower. Ok so whatever I think it might be a glitch so I let it run. So after 1000 spins, i.e. 30,000mb wager counter shows I have 9,xxx mb left to wager. It should be ~200mb. At this time I have around 4,900mb in account. Now a reader might think ok, so there was a glitch or you did not count the spins correctly. Fine that is what I think as well.

Now over to the real SCAM:
2. So I think what the hell I run 300 more spins towager the 9,xxxmb and put autospin on 250. Then I open the withdraw tab to see that it is counting all the time. So now the real SCAM. The counter moves going down to 7,xxx mb then all of sudden it jumps to 16,xxx mb which most probably means someone raised it by hand. Now I think this is just crazy but I letit run to finish the 250 spins. When it comes down to 12,xxx mb again it suddenly makes a new "magic" jump up to 17,xxx mb, which made me understand Bitfortune.io will never let me cash my winnings, they will just raise the wager during gameplay until I am dead. This is the worst kind of conduct I have ever seen from a casino. Clearly nota coincidence, twotimes in a row.

So I have now wagered more than 36,000 mb and should really ask for my winnings which was 4,900 mb at the end of the real wager requirement according to terms. I stopped now at:
Your balance is mBTC 3550.73
You have to wager mBTC 17589.2 before you can withdraw!

because you were "magically" stopping and jumping the wager several times during gameplay, which is FRAUD and SCAM.

I signed up here with same nick as I was autogiven on your site;
toyosuko

Please open up withdrawal and give me back the 1.4BTC I lost during extra wager and let me withdraw 4.9 BTC.
