Unfortunately if we increased our giving away of credits and reduced our dice game edge (note we also have other games with a lower edge) we wouldn't be able to provide other things we offer such as the VIP Club. Sites like Freebitcoin are advertising platforms, we are a casino so need people depositing money and playing. We have been very generous during our launch period and have paid out more than 50 players who registered and played with house money and withdrew their winnings despite this being against our ToS. We even paid bonuses to people for referring these free players. You should consider to change some things on your site if you want to be big site like freebitcoin, otherwise people will prefer to stay on freebitcoin.
Aside from giving away Bitcoin what other ideas do you think we should consider? We are always open to feedback and making the site better and more enjoyable for our members. |

Actually I was so shocked to see my balance increased so fast, last time I checked it was around 1mbtc (6 from lucky dice roll and others from referral earning) but it was increased to 0.01xxbtc after few hours from my last claim.
Accidentally I clicked withdraw button and it was direct withdrawal without any other options to set my withdrawal amount or anything else.
I reveived my withdrawal after some hours, but I'm still little bit curious how my balance increased significantly as my referral earning is only around 45k satoshi while I only claim the free roll lucky dice less than 10x.
Check your email Bitinity, we sent you one about paying you a bonus for referring so many players  As you can see from the screenshot we are legit and have paid all withdrawal requests. if your site has 5% house edge, what make your site is better than other site that give only 1% house edge? There are many dice sites that offer really good amount of house edge though. Some of them also put below 1% of house edge
And btw about your referrals, 50% of their wagered that we can get? Dont you think it is too much since you are a new site. How can you pay us really good amount? Unless you have really big bankroll may be it is possible

I don't think it is that good to increase the minimum withdrawal to 0.01 BTC from 0.001 BTC in just a day of time, it will makes the website looks kind of fishy for a new website that just started.
And most of the dice site offer 1% house edge to the players, having a 5% house edge on the dice will not be attractive to players to wager at your site.
Unfortunately due to people abusing the system we had to change back to the minimum of 0.01 as we were getting eaten by transaction fees. You are correct about the house edge, but we are a different kind of casino so need to have higher edges than other sites. Our site is for players who want a total casino experience and to take advantage of our VIP Club rewards program. If you're looking to play with free faucet money on small margins then we might not be the site for you. There are lots of options like that already, that's why we've tried to be different |

did you increase the minimum withdraw to 0.01btc from 0.001btc?
Unfortunately we have. We were hoping to keep the 0.001BTC withdrawal for some time but have found a lot of players abusing the system so have had to reinstate our original minimum. This change has not effected any depositing players. New casino, very attractive design but it download slowly as somebody already said. And as it is new, I think you better have an escrow or something like that for people to trust you that money can actually be withdrawed. I think otherwise many people won't risk trying to gamble here since there are no confirmations on withdrawals yet. I can see you have a deposit but I think it isn't enough. I like the snake game but I gues you can put no money on it to win a bigger sum than 400 Satoshi per day, so it is more like an original faucet, right?
Thanks for your feedback! We have processed quite a few withdrawals already, hopefully someone who has received a payout can confirm. We made the decision to provide faucet style games instead of providing sign up bonuses or free play options. I don't know about you, but I'd much rather play with house money to try a casino than just play for free. On other games your wrote than on win we get 298% while it is actually 198%.
At Fortune Hunter game we have 33% chance to win x1.98 if I understand correctly, thats too big house edge to even play for free.
The listed odds are correct, 298% of your stake or for those used to metric odds- $2.98. So for a bet of one unit you win 1.98, plus have your stake of 1 returned. |

Correct, "may require up to two weeks", but the vast majority will be processed within 24 hours. This is purely in case we need to investigate fraudulent activity and it takes longer than 24 hours.
The minimum withdrawal is 0.001 BTC, as you have quoted in our terms below we can reduce this at any time, and we have for the launch of the site.

I am not sure if having VIP section with no limits who can join, is that good idea. It devalues this feature in my eyes.
Plus, having higher priority online support for VIP members is not something that should be ever considered.
It creates distortion and split users into better and worse category.

Hi Slark, sorry we may not have written the copy well. All casino members are eligible for the VIP Club and membership is free, but it is by invitation only. We will look into making that clearer. Once players reach a level of play they will be invited by email to join the club. Think of it exactly the same as a high rollers in a brick a mortar casino. The concierge is a special email which only VIP Club members can contact, and who will be regularly in contact with them. Another freebitco.in wanna be site with much more new games, but the house edge for the hi-lo games is still high. It my math is not that bad, the house edge is 5% like freebitco.in . Maybe you should consider to reduce it like normal hi-lo/dice game.
