1  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Technical Support / Transaction unconfirmed for indefinite time - FIX on: May 05, 2017, 12:42:25 PM
Hey all! So i've had this problem for a couple of days now which i have tried almost everything i found in these forums to no avail.
Finally i fixed it this morning and thought to share it with you, it might help some of you.

My issue, in summary, was that i sent an amount to another wallet with very low fee (i was oblivious to the effect of fees before this problem). Then the transaction was dropped the next day and i resent it with low fee again. The second transaction was stuck then. I was left waitting for 4 days, tried almost every solution i found, excluding purging the transaction via -zapwallettxes, reinstalled and recovered wallet after i deleted all files but nothing seemed to work.
Today, i thought of sending a small amount to myself to see if anything happens and to my surprise. the first (oldest) transaction which my wallet had shown as dropped was confirmed and the second attempt was marked as "double spent". I don't know how that happened but it worked. Hope it helps.

I have the same issue and Quickseller says it looks like a double spend attempt. How did you solve this?

Nevermind, figured it out. Sorry for spam.  Sad
4  Bitcoin / Electrum / Can't recover Electrum wallet by seed code. on: May 04, 2017, 03:27:06 PM
Hello. I reinstalled Electrum a few mins ago and tried to recover through seed code. Some grayed out transactions appeared, which were old transactions of mine but not the latest one, which was also stuck due to low fee. What do i do?
5  Bitcoin / Electrum / Electrum transaction stuck due to low fee. Tried almost every solution i found. on: May 04, 2017, 02:55:52 PM
Hello everyone. As the title says, im having problems with a transaction. Spend the past two hours digging through solutions but nothing seems to work.

I use Electrum which marks the transaction with an attention mark and says low fee. Tried CPFP but it fails. When i input a reasonable fee, it says "Max Fee Exceeded" (while i have more balance in my wallet).
If i put a fee within the range Electrum accepts it, it gives me a 64:dust error.
Transaction seems to have been dropped from blockchain since it's already a couple days old but i uploaded it again manually.
Changing servers doesn't work.
Deleting the wallet and retrieving it through seed doesn't work.
A few other methods i can't recall, still didn't work.

Sorry if the text is hastily written but im starting to get frustrated with this thing.

6  Local / Ελληνικά (Greek) / Chip-chap down. Κάτι αντίστοιχο? on: February 08, 2017, 11:55:49 AM
