Post the transaction ID you mentioned in OP and if you are pointing with that address, I can't see any $10000 or $10 in that address you posted. In OP you're telling about you received $10000 and now you're telling of $1700 can't get it. But there is $1700 already and not $1. Can't you see it?

full history not allowed at my mobile phone now so i cant find 10k tx id
