...so about this Rebate Rewards APP that was guaranteed upon ICO completion...what's the status so we can check this thing out please?  I swear it used be listed on the "Timeline" portion of your site...but now it only shows the other 3 APPs. Your site procommerce.io shows (in the Phases portion) the Rewards APP being "released at launch" which was Feb 28th if I'm not mistaken right? 

Are the original escrow holders going to release the funds regardless of this Rebate APP being completed and functional

Can anyone post the original escrow agreement please?  It's not listed on the procommerce site

These 2 sites seem eerily similar...perhaps designed by the same people?  Again, we're just looking for clarity on this matter.

Is iPRO Network one of the merchants or what?  Will you ever respond to the 4 or 5 different people who have asked (multiple times) about the list of reputable merchants?  Surely by now you can give us a straight up YES or NO to some of the names that you've mentioned...withholding investment until you address these 'simple' concerns please.  I hope this project is legit and successful, the whitepaper has some great ideas....
