Bought an Eset Smart Security key.
 
The first key that was sent did not work, but the seller worked swiftly to make sure I got a working key. 

This likely was a version/key mismatch error of which was probably due to the nature of eset and the fact that there are many different types and versions.

Overall positive transaction and key is working well and valid for a long time. Seller was available daily and responded promptly.
