Make sure that the card is visible in device manager as active device, and look in to gpuz after setting the clocks (does it accsept the clocks as the other 4 cards), I have a same problem with one of my cards, one of them not accsept clocks at first atempt, so I had to click in afterburner 2 or 3 times to get desired gpu and mem clock, after that all 4 cards hashing the same..

Hi there,  msi rx470, with 16.11.4 I have blue screens and frezze , with 16.10.1 and 16.9.2 100% fans issuses. I'm mining for a year with these two versions of drivers, but now I have problems with one rig. What driver version is recomended, can anyone help me? All cards working at 0.98v, msi ab controls fans, clocks and voltage, hynix 1100/1900 and samsung 1100/2000. Rig with problem is Intel g1840, h81m plus, 4gb ddr3, 4 x msi rx470 4gb hynix.

Hi, I have a similar problem, I bought new xfx rx480 4gb, hynix memory, straps 1500 copied to upper, gpu 1100 mem 1900  -cvddc 980 mv, miner works for an hour and crashed , gpu power draw always goes near to 90w and more. With a -cvddc 940mv Im getting 80+w but miner immediately crash and says ''display driver stops working''. I tried to lower the gpu clock and memory clock, more or less mv , always the same result - crash and blue screen. I use also msi afterburner. I have more cards, but they are 470's and working great few months already.

Is there any chanse to do it to be stable?

I have 6 x msi rx470 4gb,  had problems 100% fan and fan stop working on drivers 16.9.2 win10pro. After installing 16.11.4 fan errors gone, but I have another bug, one rig frezes after hour or two mining. I'm mining eth and etc for now, until some fix or update comes.

Thanks for fast reply Wacko, my fault, my cards are on -48mV , under mining gpuz shows 0.9813V, in iddle shows 1.0V. I dont remember what was the stock core voltage, I tried to set core to "0" mV in msi afterburner - no fix, still frezing after few hours , also tried to underclock the memory, but no difference except the lower hasrate. First I will underclock the gpu for 50mhz to see how stable it works. Thanks again!

Hi guys, I had a similar problem with 100% fans, mining on win10pro with 6 x msi rx470 4gb, 4 of them on ga970 with sempron x2, 2 of them on h81m with g1820, both rigs have 4gb ram. I used 16.9.2 drivers on both mashines for eth and there were no problems ever. First time switch to xmr I got 100% fan speed on both rigs runing claymore 9.7. Instaled 16.11.4 driver and now fans are ok - no 100%, but sempron mashine frezes after 1 or 2 hours mining, while Intel mashine works perfectly. All 6 gpus are moded, gpu 1100, mem 1900, core volt -480mV, low intensity mode.
What to do next?
