I've had experience setting up ltc mining using cgminer in windows 7. Would be happy to talk you through it but need a little info first.

a) Are you planning on using a GPU (3D graphics card) or CPU to mine?
b) Which specific mining programs have you tried so far?
c) What problems did you encounter and at what stage of installation?

Also, a brief profile of your system specs would help to determine which is the best way to go forward.

never had to translate xml before so i just want to check; is it only the text outside of <brackets> that needs translating?  and pinyin is a different character set, is there any other formatting requirements besides UTF-8 i should be aware of? Will notepad do?
