The original Putincoin dev (Putincoindev) scams every Satoshi out of you and you don't even realize. Yes there'll be a new chain, and 'till now the webwallet is part of the original Putinchain but only because the new team behind the new PUTincoin has to distribute the new tokens.

The original dev manipulated his coin for too long. When the price was @ 500 satoshi, and you placed a buy order at 450 for example, it got instantly filled. Don't trust the original dev (Putincoindev).
