This place is so fucked and has gone downhill since N2 disappeared. Cloudbet processes payouts instantly, and Nitrogen sometimes (like right now) takes 10+ hours. We're talking 10+ hours for a withdrawal of .015 btc. THAT IS PATHETIC. Absolutely pathetic. They review every payout to see if they can fuck people out of their money (i.e. trying to find if people bet a poor line), but this happens so few and far between that the only people they are fucking over is the masses of great, loyal customers they have.

Let's talk about the blatant rigging of the parlay jackpot. Nitrogen has employees submit betslips all day with the goal of stealing spots on the parlay leaderboard.
The most obvious case of bullshit came in the May jackpot, when at (literally) the eleventh hour, a 50BTC slip from a low-digit user number overtook the 1st spot in the heavyweight, middleweight, and lightweight jackpot. This betslip was graded at around 11 PM UTC with about 1 hour left before the cutoff. The odds of this happening are in line with odds of being hit by lightning or winning the lottery.
I will be submitting a complaint to SBR for fraud.
Hi, While I can understand your frustration trying to place on a highly competitive leaderboard like the Parlay Jackpot, there is simply next to no incentive for us manipulate the board to our advantage. This is a blue-chip promotion for us, and we take it very seriously. Also, the seeding of our jackpot is specific in that it uses 20% of the previous month's jackpot to get a new jackpot started and is populated with a percentage of every parlay submitted to Nitrogen throughout the month. See our FAQ for more details: What makes the jackpot grow? Every time a parlay wager is placed on Nitrogen Sports, a small percent of that amount is added to the jackpot amount. Each month, the jackpot is initially seeded with 20% of the previous month’s jackpot. Obviously, we are strict about ensuring that our internal team members can't participate in any player-facing site activity, and our trusted rating on SBR is a testament to our reputation for great customer service and fair play. Thanks, Hunter. The incentive is this - you were able to pocket 6+ BTC by stealing the jackpot at the last minute. |

Grading is not AUTOMATIC, need to ask in the chat for them to do their jobs. Withdrawals are not AUTOMATIC, need to ask in chat again for them to do their jobs.  Back to Cloudbet I go where the grading is automatic.... Grading is not automatic for everything at Cloudbet, but has gotten a lot better in the past few weeks. I used to wait 3+ hours for MLB games to be graded. Nitrogen's grading isn't that bad, but their withdrawals are fucking awful. I seriously have to wait 1 hour for a .01 BTC withdrawal? It costs Nitrogen more to investigate my payout than the total payout amount itself. |

Leandro - I have had a TON OF PROBLEMS with your live betting (bets not updating with correct odds, bets getting rejected after "pending" for over a minute", bets confirming after 5 minutes and leaving me with a negative balance, etc.) Can you help? Your customer services agents keep sending me copy/paste responses which are not helpful.

Extremely disappointed with Nitrogen (and their support staff). Account: 1403434 A while back, they implemented a policy that requires players deposits to be confirmed in order to place a bet. Pain in the ass, sure, but understandable. Problem: they can't do anything to speed up confirmations. Problem 2: they state multiple times that we need to wait until the blockchain confirms it in order to play. Problem 3: Nowhere in their TOS do they state this policy. Situation today: I deposit, and go to make a bet. Bet rejected 10+ times because 0 confirmations. The bet was for Estoril vs. Benefica corners over 10.5 for .134 btc @ -113 odds. Fine. I wait and bet something else. Then, I go back to my deposit history and find that I've had an unconfirmed deposit lingering for 15 hours! I check the blockchain, and it is, indeed, unconfirmed. But now, Nitro is letting me place bets.....with an unconfirmed deposit. How am I betting at all? I've lost .23btc on your site today, all whilst I have had an unconfirmed deposit. Yet, you refused 1 of my wagers and allowed others. What the heck?
