Its passed one month I am trying to contact Poloniex Support Team but till now they have not reply my tickets.
The issue is that i did XRP withdrawal but thrice the status is Complete Error.
The XRP is not been received to the receiving address and not refunded back to me on the account.
Please help me with my problem.

I HAVE A CORE DASH WALLET BUT UNFORTUNATELY I HAVE FORGOTTEN THE PASSPHRASE, I HAVE ALREADY PUT MY ISSUE IN DASH FORUM THEY HELPED ME BY GIVING ONE MAIL ID WITH WHOSE HELP I CAN DECRYPT THE WALLET BUT HE IS ALSO NOT ABLE TO DO SO.
PLEASE HELP ME WHAT I SHOULD DO AS I THE WALLET BALANCE IS MUCH AND I CANT BEAR THAT MUCH LOSS.

I have a DASH Web Wallet the Login Id:-digitalcurrencytrading@gmail.com I have a issue with the Coins Withdraw as i did two transactions but the coins are not been withdraw yet. The status of transaction is showing Processing only.
I have mail Dash Team several times but i did not got any reply till now.
