I ordered mine Sunday when the price was 150 per coin. This should have got me around .66 BTC. I contacted support today, got a message back from Rachel saying it was processed. The original values were not honored. I got .399 BTC, which in today's exchange is now worth about 87 USD. This is short by about 10 bucks, on top of the original quote not being honored. I was willing to accept that they can't honor these original values give. The rapid increase in values... But I seem to remember reading that they are supposed to. Or are they not? I can accept that... But I paid around 104. I should have gotten on Sunday 97 USD approx in BTC after exhange. Now today I am shorted, and lost that potential value hike.

Really???

Here are the order and event IDs received from Rachel, today. Don't get me wrong. I'm glad it got processed, and she was speedy. Don't like paying 100 bucks and getting 85 (at time of exchange... or lower), though.

Anyways, IDs.

EventID bcf0ed40-7b3e-424f-b634-f6fc82bca30d
OrderID 63bdee04-2618-42e4-82ea-53a0af841f64

There is a wired article talking about how bitinstant got hacked for around $12000, so they lost a significant amount of money (if it IS true), in that instance AND with bitcoin skyrocketing in value, im sure they would loose tens if not hundreds of thousands if they paid everyone the value of the coins when its late compared to when you buy
