Wouldn't it be safer for you to do this at your local 7-11? I know they all take bitcoins there don't they?
I mean they sell them at the kisosk right? So why wouldn't they not take them for redeeming for topping up your mobile?
Those sites won't save you from getting scammed especially with an iffy thing like virtual goods such as top ups.

I am looking for a better deal. Ofcourse, I can easily buy top up in 7 11 but I would have to pay for the full amount. I am looking for discounted prices for this. I would only accept offers with escrow, ofcourse. It is not safe always but, I think it's worth a shot.
