Decentralized exchanges is the best way to go. It's a good thing for a trader have a total control of his assets instead of losing them to exchanges because of hacks.

As for the wallet options , I prefer using ImToken instead of Myetherwallet.
MEW can be easily hacked with many such cases of phishing.

Both exchanges are good depending on your choice of trading.
Bittrex have more coins to be traded but you can't deposit fund directly in USD , rather use btc.

Search for the name on your window tab, open from there or send to desktop as shortcut or pin the logo to your task bar for easy access.

If all doesn't work, Go to your installation directory from c:// ... and continue with the above options.

That's their seelling price , you can also set your own buying price and whoever feels good with kt will sell for you.

If it looks complex, try using Luno , it's easier to navigate.

First of all is the concept of Decentralization.
Another main feature is faster transaction across boarders instead of the conventional wire transfer.
Smart contracts is another great feature I love when it come to Blockchain technology.

It's easy ,open a Coinbase account ,transfer your fund (USD ) there and exchange for BTC.

You can now transfer the BTC to any exchange of your choice to trade altcoins.
