Hello all, i have 1 GTX 1080Ti that i bought for gaming and when i heard about mining i got another 1060. Can you guys tell me do you have some mouse lag aftersome time using PC and mining same time? On Claymore i had even when i turn off miner, its so lagging across screen i cant use pc. need to reset it?
I dont care for few mh/s less if i need to do something, already lowered OC.
What are you mining? If you are mining Ethash, your PC should lag a little. You can keep the 1060 as your miner and your 1080ti as your main display, should not see lag. You should see no lag if you are not even mining. Check your overclock again. i dont have anylag with this miner. my oc is for 1060 ( 400 on memory ) for 1080Ti is 500 on Memory, just that. Using booster for GTX 1080Ti but i didnt specify for with GPU, do i need to speficy that booster that gives 50+ mh/s to 1080ti? On Claymore i had some crashes but Bminer is good for me now. testing it still. I prefer stability over few more mh/s or whatever i'm mining. For your 1060, get it to 4400 MHz total. If it's a regular none overclocked card, it will be about 600 to memory. Should give you 23-25 mh/s 70%-75% power. For your 1080ti you must use the boost "pill" as mining Ethash it will give you a huge bump. You don't need to specify which GPU you boost as it only works on 1080ti and Titan xp (plays with memory clocks). Get your 1060 to 1950-1999 Core and 4400 Mem *Total* Your 1080ti should be 6000-6100 *Total* Let me know if this works. i dont see any difference. 1060 is core clock 0 mem clock +600 Power limit is 85% 1080Ti core 0 mem +500. Getting around 50 mh/s with pill. Power 85% using MSI Afterburner |

Hi all. I have tried this and i dont get 50mh/s. I mean on miner its displayed but after some time, effective hashrate on pool is normal, like 35 mh/s per card??
EDIT: all good, didnt wait long enought...

I use ccminer 1.8.3. This is the version from OneClickMiner. Gives me the best performance. ~68MH/s per 1080TI (Zotac AMP something) running with default settings. I use "private" p2pool. Public p2pool give me to many payouts. If you want to join, drop me a PM  That's pretty bad, most of us were getting 72MH at 80% TDP and 78 at 100% TDP. I really don`t think you get 72mh  can you tell us your OC settings? |

Hi
I'm very new to this thing of mining, so sorry for the noob quesions.
I've a Strix 1080 Ti that was bougth to play games, but as my time to play is scarce, I've started to mining some Zcash
I'm running Ethos using the dtsm miner to suprnova, and getting the follow performance:
Sol/s: 650
Sol/w: 4.1
Avg: 653
Sh: 7.2
Is this a decent performance for my VGA?
Another doubt that I have is about Shares.
I think I've a good Sol/s but the Shares is too low(7.2).
Is there a way to improve this performance?
Or I'm wrong and 7.2 is a good number?

If you pay more that 10c / kW for electricity then all you should be worried about is Sol/w and 4.1 is very decent. Thanks for the reply Yes... I pay around 0.15 c in electricity  I'm from Brazil and here everything goes to government But what about the shares? Doesn't make any difference? It is ok about shares, i;m getting ~3.15 with flypool with 1080Ti and 1060. |

Anyone mining Bitcoin Gold and on what pool?
Yes, I have had a few GPUs in personal computers pointed at BTG (when not being gamed on) on Suprnova pool since it launched and there have been no problems at all. Most pools seem to have been a horror story the first couple of days, but Suprnova was rock solid all along and has paid out like clockwork. BTG is worth mining for daily profit, but there's also a chance it takes off down the road if you want to just hold them for a few months. I had some problems with Suprnova. Round progress was going over 400% and i didnt get any BTG. Tried pool.gold and i got some inmature balance but dont sure if i should mine zec or btg. |
