The site appears to be down. I only get a white screen at the moment. I truly hope that this is all one big misunderstanding as I truly did enjoy using the exchange for many years.
there is no misunderstanding here. the day they started deleting accounts from their database to take their money and stopped answering any complains, that days was the day they turned into a scam exchange. if you choose to still visit the site that is on you. and that is the story with all the exchanges, they are OK for many years and then overnight they turn into a scam. there are prior signs of course, but it happens fast. MtGox, Cryptsy, Bittrex, ... and a lot of others have gone the same route. As a Ex chat mod there i have to totally agree with u... Today i tried to remove BITCF coin from there after failed/vanish withdrawal ( cost 1000 in fees to withdraw ) last week, and 1st test withdrawal worked unlike the other 1, so tried to send the rest 20000 worth and once again no confirm email and 20000 BITCF vanish from account.. This isnt the 1st time same happened with CRW/Burst and around 10 other coins and same with BITCF there no record in transaction history and no "send confirm email again" button... Support tickets u can never make a ticket and IRC he never in chat.. Yuri or whoever is running it in the background has gone into THIEF mode and just stealing outright.... AVOID THIS SITE AT ALL COST..... i left there as chat mod due to all he was doing was listing scammie tokens ( mostly REDDOT tokens ) ,chasin short term gains for long term issues are all tokens are. Da Ja Stabycroc ;_)> This is all very troubling. I was wondering earlier about "vacation time" being used it as "padding" time to shut down accounts for inactivity. Have you heard of anything like this happening in your time as a mod?

If that "long time" was more than 6 months, then you cannot retrieve your account. It was also mentioned in their terms that they do not send notifications about that. I believe they should, but we can't do anything since they stated it there and by making an account, that means you agree. My account was deleted as well, fortunately I already got my coins before it happened. 9. Account and history records We guarantee to display your detailed history of operations for last 3 months. All operations with age above 3 months can be archived and converted to consolidated records. We do not store activity records or any account data including transactions, history records and any wallet balances in case account was not accessed for more than 6 months. Please, note - we do not send any notification if you do not access your account for mentioned period of time prior of data deletion. We do not welcome consider an account spam multiple account registrations made by one customer. If we found such customer in registering multiple accounts - we reserve our right to delete all his accounts without compensation of possible balances. We do not send any notifications prior account deactivation because of expiration. Deactivated accounts including any existing wallet balances can not be restored. We reserve our right to ban any account suspected in fraud activity like attempts of fraud trading, deposits using 51% fork attack, ss ethereum token or any other type of attack attempts. No warning, explanation or any balance funds compensation in case of ban. Just a thought, would the "vacation time" count towards account inactivity since people would no have been able to log in for the entire summer? As well as record keeping time limits?

Didn't login for a long time. Now looks like they just deleted by account without any notification.
> Our support ticket queue is full. Please, come back in few hours.
They can't be serious.

Hello! When you try to log in to your account appears the inscription "User not found or account deactivated" create a contact support, through the form on the website, it is not possible - "Our support ticket queue is full. Please come back in few hours". Login - Shniperson Currently, after a couple of messages about the absence or deactivation of the user, the C-cex address displays a white screen of death... Please regain access to my account.
This has been my issues, as well. To the owners of C-Cex: If you guys got Goxxed please just say so and we can work it out. When BTER got robbed they came forward about it and I eventually got paid back in full over time. I don't mind waiting for repayment if this is the case but don't keep it a secret.

Good day,
My account is still disabled and I have not yet received a reply since June when I first filed my ticket about the matter. I can't file a new ticket about it since the queue is claimed to be full each time that I go to the support option. Is there a way to see the queue number of my ticket?
Thank you.

Just checking in once again. When will support be available to take care of the disabled accounts situation? Hopefully not until August? This matter is quite important.
My account has been disabled since October of last year, and this is after C-Cex pretty much stole thousands of dollars of crypto from my account before disabling it. I've had an open ticket for several months, but C-Cex has pretty much been on "vacation" for half of those months until now. Needless to say, this exchange is extremely unprofessional; just read through the hundreds of pages here to read the many horror stories that users have experienced throughout them. It sounds to me like you won't be gaining access to your account any time soon, mate. Sorry for the bad news One can always hope not but always a lesson to not putting, and leaving, all your eggs into one basket, yes? Also, it seems that they are up again in full mode but for a limited amount of time.

From May, 31 till approximately August, 31 we will switch to "limited service" mode for summer vacations.
We will: provide trading service, API trading service, C-CEX codes creation and redeeming, fiat deposits and withdrawals. We will not: provide all cryptocoin and tokens deposits and withdrawals, support ticket service.
If you need your cryptocurrency to trade here or elsewhere during "limited service" period - please, deposit or withdraw it before vacation start date. Please, do not send any deposits during "limited service" period as they will not be posted to balances.
We will resume normal service after August, 31. We may resume normal service earlier. We may serve tickets during vacation period but we do not take obligation to do that.
Happy summer!
3 months of limited service due to vacation! I dont know if its right to be done by a certain exchange where restricting or limiting those common transactions do happen into an exchange. Support ticket, deposits and withdrawals. If thats the case then this exchange is good as dead. 3 months? We do need to wait for so long yet there are other exchange we can trade on. I feed they should at least address the disabled accounts situation.

|
When will support tickets be reenabled so that I can create ticket to get my account reenabled? Am I to understand that this will not be possible until the 31st of Aug?

C-cex Exchange is now listed on CryptoChartIndex , Now you can get all information regarding C-cex Exchange on CryptoChartIndex! Can you tell us when it will be back up, as well?
|
|
|
Is the "account disabled" message only to happen when the site is in a limited state? And will my account but reenabled when it is back up?

I am getting the "User not found or account disabled" message but I can't file a ticket. Is there some other way to contact support?

An update from my post a while back earlier, the Prohashing scrypt multipool can now payout in DIEM. Updates to their systems now allow them to take advantage of USD, XMR, DOGE, and NXT markets which allows them to purchase from the Poloniex DIEM/XMR market. I have been doing so for about a week to make sure it all works ok before posting. Please note the following before doing so: 1. Prohashing is scrypt only. 2. Prohashing pays out 48 hours from the time of being credited. So it you mine all Monday you will get your coins about Wednesday. 3. If you plan on getting payouts in XMR directly to buy DIEM please note that you must set payouts to a personal XMR wallet since the payout address only has one textbox input. This means you won't be able to input a unique payment ID that the exchange requires and your deposit won't make it to your balance. *Note* Support can help you retrieve the stuck payout but it is time out of their day and they would have to do it for every payout which means that you would need to open a support ticket every time you received a payout from the pool. I am sure this would not please the support staff one bit. 4. Prohashing can't buy from a market pairing that has one sat ask in place. In the case of DIEM, it won't be able to buy from the DIEM/BTC market since the lowest ask is 0.00000001 btc per unit. So until DIEM hits 2 sat it will buy only from the DIEM/XMR market at the moment. Please note, I have no affiliation with Prohashing or it's staff. I am someone that has been trading on DIEM from the time it first starting and wish to see this coin continue to thrive. Their site can be found at https://prohashing.com/ . Thank you.

Is the blockchain stuck? I can't connect to the EPC pool and my wallet will not fully sync.

Get Started Today Register Register as a new user and log in. Goto Prohashing ( https://prohashing.com/ ) Take note - Prohashing is a pay per share (PPS) mining pool that mines cryptocurrencies using the scrypt algorithm - mining the most profitable coin and auto exchange for LiteDoge coins. I was always wondering why would someone do that..... 1. It is more than certain that, whatever you'll be mining, you will get less coins for your hashrate. All rigs have smaller hashrate on multipools and get a higher number of stales, due to the speed they change coins. The higher the speed they change coins, the worse your rig will perform. 2. All multipools fail to follow difficulty and price changes, when they start mining a coin, it is usually time to move on another one. 3. Multipools can't mine the most profitable coin, because of the algorithms they use. When X coin has a temporary drop in price, it is excluded from "profitable coins" automatically... It's even worse when you let them exchange for you, when the coins get to the exchange, they never have the value you were mining them for, because several hours have passed (if not days). 4. When you let them exchange the coins for you, you always get screwed, they don't get the highest price for what you mined or the lowest price for the coin you want and you pay extra fees. I'm mining for a very long time, sha256 and scrypt algos, I never use multipools, no matter the reason, prefer to do the maths myself. Edit: and I didn't even touched the subject "transparency"..... there is no such thing in multipools, you never know whats going on. Multipools that payout in a certain currency for your work are not profitable at face value for what you mine but if you use them in conjunction with trading they can give you consistent profits and keep the coin alive on an exchange if there is little to no volume for the currency on it's own. In essence, you will create volume by mining when the multi goes to buy they coins it will pay you in. Of course, you still must choose wisely on which coin you wish to be paid in as this will take time.

Forgive the late reply, I first want to have a way of background checking a developer before hiring. But to answer your question, I am looking to have trading software that I use modified.

Good day,
Much like there is a thread listing trusted escrow and trade users is there also available a thread listing trusted programmers? Most programmers I have seen advertising their services have either low forum activity or little to no trust scores. I am mostly interested in finding someone who knows C++ well.
Thank you.

My thanks to the devs for keeping this coin alive and functioning throughout all that has happened. I would like to request that they implement similar features that Hyperstake (HYP) uses for passive block management for efficient staking:
"setstakesplitthreshold" Automatically ensure that blocks do not split below a certain set amount. Example, if set to "100,000" then after staking a block of LDOGE will never half below 100,000 LDOGE and will automatically combine smaller blocks and create whole new blocks from the excess. This will ensure that a user will not have blocks too small to effectively stake or take up too much resources from too many small blocks.
"SplitBlock" Automatically splits larger blocks into a size of your choosing so you would not have to wait for a larger block to passive half to a certain size or do it manually. Example, you just bought 10,000,000 LDOGE and you wish to stake them at 100,000 per block. This would mean you'd need to send 100,000 LDOGE to yourself 100 times or set SplitBlock to 100,000 and when that 10,000,000 LDOGE stakes it will be automatically be turned into the desired 100 blocks of 100,000 LDOGE.
The advantage of both features is obvious but I am not privy to how much work it will require. I only ask that you take a serious look at it.
Thank you.
