I read your whitepaper, the idea is interesting but how is this supposed to work?
You are trying to offer something that you have no control over, namely unused mobile data traffic.
What leverage do you have over telecom providers?
How are you going to convince them to open their data links to users from abroad just because they have some DENT?
Are you hoping to form a massive userbase which is supposed to pressure their mobile providers to implement DENT?
How are you going to achieve a massive userbase without any funcionallity in the beginning?
What should incentivise telekom providers to use DENT? 33 milion is peanuts for Deutsche Telekom or Verizon. I guess the cost of implementing is higher than that? And if this ever becomes something that market strongly demands why wouldn't telekom providers come up with their own solutions and sideline yours?
I wanted to ask the same thing... the crux of this proposed platform seems like an impossible bridge to cross....  |

Your valuation is extremely inflated, you're asking us to pay almost a dollar per token for a concept that is on paper The crucial elements that need to be secured for the platform to work will only be secured after the ICO, come on.... this smells like a get rich scheme. Not to say you will not try to deliver a product but if your post ICO negotiations like licensing do not come together, I doubt you will be returning any tokens... 495 000 ETH at today's price values your "IDEA" (let's be honest that's all it is) at $139 000 000... why do you need that much money? FOMO is not worth that much cash in the hands of Internet strangers... these kind of ICOs will bring about the bubble pop we all dread... Not sure what you're basing your statements on, but we are not asking for $1 per token, our tokens are price at roughly an average of $.20 per token. Also, we are not trying to raise 495,000Eth, we are raising 45,000Eth. On that note, please take a look at our use of funds. Starting a business, especially a tech company, in an emerging market is a cash intensive project. The costs of development, marketing, user acquisition, and general start-up costs easily justify the amount we are looking to raise. Please read the whitepaper and gather the correct facts before making a judgement. If there is a typo though, and it does say 495,000Eth somewhere, please let us know. Fair enough 8 made an error in calculating and added one zero too many to your coin ask. However this does not take away that you are still trying to raise $14million for this ICO based on an idea. Also you are planning to hold onto $60million token which if valued the same will be worth $9.6 million. So all in all you will,be potentially in charge of $23.6million... Let's be honest you hope to have operational costs in the future, your negotiations for licensing could stall or hit a wall... what then? Will you return the money...? Nope doubt it. I don't mean to piss on your ICO but like I said, such greed and money grabbing attempts will make crypto seem like a sham and cause a bubble. If you fail to deliver a working product this will be called a scam. Personally as an investor I would invested if you had your ICO a bit further down your road map when more critical elements of the platform were in the bag. But even then how would I know I can trust your info. So FOMO will not guide me here... Given that this ICO bubble will not stop, I hope one day people who do not deliver on their promise will be brought to book and forced to return the funds they collected. After all they are all written to the block chain  |

This ICO is similar to the Token Card ICO. everybody investing in this should Google and see how that ended.
One question to the Dev Team, can you get VISA to confirm their relationship/partnership with you. I have not seen anything online except your claims. Last thing I want if for you to pull a Token Card on us.
I leave you with this... Right now many people are seeing an opportunity to make a quick buck and get away with canceling project's without repercussions. Remember the ICO BTC and ETH are offered and there is no regulation and therefore no one to answer to if the project does not deliver on its promise. I'm not saying that Monaco is going to do that, but there are wolves out there looking to prey on Crypto newbies with FOMO. I always advice that you read up, invest with caution and fight back the FOMO...

Is it coincidence that most of your white paper looks like the ViewFin website? http://www.viewfin.com/en/ Also are you saying Li Mingze the VP from View Fin is the CEO of ZenGold... Can core team confirm who Li Zhen is? These are the makings of a pump and dump scam in the best case scenario, worst case they take the money and run. I would advice extreme caution... don't let FOMO get you ripped off. |

a few suggestions re crowdsale;
1. don't try to get the highest price per coin/token from the get go, don't be like GNO. People like to contribute to a token that appreciates later on.
2. don't try to limit token numbers to some ridiculously low number and have them all sold out in 10 min. This is NOT cool.
3. have limits on one entity participation. VCs will try to load with gobs of tokens and undermine the democratic element of the crowdsale. If, say, five entities would control 95%, the voting process would be largely irrelevant for the majority of individual holders. Maybe think about an upper limit on purchase/contribution within some reason, say, less than $100K.
4. reveal crowdsale conditions WAY ahead (two weeks minimum) so people can prepare.
5. have total number of tokens between 10-100 mil. These seem to be the numbers that work well (btc, eth, zec[eventually])
Their crowdsale has no cap so it's definitely not going to sell out. But obviously the question is whether there'll be more tezos than people expected, so it might give the sort of appreciation in value people are hoping for, especially if a lot of bigger whales purchase huge amounts. No CAP... that seems a little greedy... there must be a cap so that investors can anticipate when they can make a return on their investment. Else this coin will list cheaper than the ICO price. Also to make it fair there should be an allocation system used per buyer. So you can put 10 BTC but depending on the demand you might not get the full BTC allocated. When the ICO closes you'll be informed what you were allocated and the BTC that was not allocated is returned to you. This ensures that even when you have a CAP, whales cannot out buy anyone else. What you end up with is a fair distribution that is inclusive of everyone interested and you don't have manipulation of the market when you list at an exchange. |

I did as in a hat, only changed xrev.conf Port 9090 must be open. (Check your router and Firewall) Step 1: First, open the console of your wallet and create an address for your masternode, do this by entering "getaccountaddress MN". You can replace "MN" with whatever you would like to name your masternode. Step 2: Send 1000 XREV to the address you just created. It must be exactly 1000, in one transaction. Step 3: Execute "masternode genkey" in your wallet's console. Step 4: Open the xrev.conf folder in the data directory for your wallet, edit it like so: rpcuser=long random username rpcpassword=longer random password rpcallowip=127.0.0.1 listen=1 server=1 daemon=1 externalip=your external IP address :9090 logtimestamps=1 maxconnections=256 masternode=1 masternodeprivkey=XXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXX Replace the X with the key generated when you ran "masternode genkey" in step 3. Step 5: Save the xrev.conf file. One more question, when sending 1000 tokens to the master node address a fee is charged. Should this charge be deleted from the amount being sent or from the available balance? |
