I made 2 transactions:
1. With fee 0.000452 BTC, confirmed in 1 minute (https://blockchain.info/tx/8333ebe47c3d38fc30de88b061a366ac7ec156b00e97028420ccb8939277de70?show_adv=false)
2. With fee 0.0016 BTC, confirmed in 29 minutes (https://blockchain.info/tx/002182545013a01a5ddbe030610c24e39a69cba99aaf90210fa7491a7decc089?show_adv=false)

But 2nd transaction has fee much bigger than the 1st.
Confirmation time of 2nd transaction should be shorter that the 1st.

Why confirmation time of 2nd transaction is 29 times longer?
