I wouldn't do it with an online service. You can "time lock" with an hardware wallet and put it away in a safe.

Yes, this is sort of a contest. At the end of the week I'll pick the design that fits better and contact the winner. Will put funds in escrow with a trusted member of the forum, monbox or Sebastian, before requesting the source files. There are very little indications, which is on purpose.
