i would recommend 75/25 ( ETH : BTC) ..because we can't expect bitcoin to rise like last year .but ETH has potential

you can chech the team , their websites and whitepaper .most of scam bounty don't have even ssl (HTTPS) for their websites

it is normal . some bounties take time for development when it has their own blockchain . for example HDAC bounty still i didn't got tokens /it's been 4+ months

Mostly ETH price will affect for ico's .because most of them using ETH for ico

ETH is a project with great potential .. since bitcoin already cannot handle bunch of transactions ETH will be the next bubble

invest on projects with real potential and hunt other bounties and just convert them to ETH ..that's what i'm doing
