Do I need to actually buy the NEOC once my NEO is deposited? can you clarify on exactly what needs to be done in to get into this ICO?

Yes, I am extremely picky with my ICOs now.

They need an awesome team, working project, and need to actually solve something and not just be a copycat to even get my attention...

ICOs can still potentially earn you A LOT... but it’s not like end of 2016 Q1&2 of this year... that was just NUTS

Was wondering what you would recommend to get a rig, or whatever you think would be best from the ground up.

Other Than GPUs, what do I need and how much do those other hardware items effect mining?
