1  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Surprising price movement of BabelFish Coin on: September 02, 2021, 11:05:14 AM
Latest

I can't find it on coinecko or coinmarketcap, give me the link to have a look at this project.
2  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: any early bitcoin adopter here? What's your opinion about the long bear market? on: November 04, 2018, 04:30:31 AM
Yes we call the current price of bitcoin bearish, but considering the fact that its price went up a notch these past years proves that it is bullish in a way. We just dont see it that way because we always want it to go up so that we can have stable profits from it.

We are stuck in this price range but let's not all be negative about it. Sooner or later it will continue to rise again.
3  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Are Cryptos finally getting stable? on: November 03, 2018, 11:27:11 AM
I think we are in stable at 6300$ value. I guess bullrun will start next year at February.
Too much speculations again. We've been struggling to get out of this $6000-6500 range for months but nothing is happening. I took a rest in the crypto world because of the emotional stress it has given me when I was still active. Let's just hope that as we approach the end of the year, we could see more supports that could get us out of this slumber.
4  Economy / Speculation / Re: Chart may help you predict when the next bitcoin rally is coming on: November 03, 2018, 03:28:00 AM
Charts can have a small factor in determining the movement of cryptocurrencies but we should not be solely dependent on chart for our technical analysis. It is still pure speculation like sometimes the graph will suddenly fall when you thought it would continuously rise. You should always bear in mind that the market is always hard to predict.
5  Economy / Economics / Re: How did Crypto help you out? on: August 04, 2018, 06:51:40 AM
Crypto can help him by following Bounty, so he can earn extra income from the bounty. Invite him to create an account in this forum and start participating in bounty, use this to earn extra income. Good luck
Another invitation for more shitposters perhaps?  Grin
I mean seriously? Do you think this forum will help him for the better if he joins now doing bounties? Look at you, I'm sure that you're realizing now that with your rank, doing signature camp is not really worth the time and effort because of the small money you earn at the end.

The best thing he's friend can gain to this forum is the knowledge in trading and investing, nothing more nothing less.
6  Other / Meta / Re: Most new accounts do not contribute anything on: August 04, 2018, 06:46:28 AM
Hihi, I was just joking a little, or acting like a drama queen Cheesy but I really sometimes feel depressed and powerless seeing the wave of copy-pasting in the alt section and I wonder if there will ever be an end to it.

There will be an end to it just as @Vod said that we just need to wait until all the sMerit circling in the forum been used up from those shitposters.

The same thing will happen now when most forum members discovered this forum through friends telling them that this is an easy way to earn money, the only difference now is that other people will discover this will know that its not and it is really hard to ranked up. So we will be seeing less people signing up supposedly.
7  Other / Meta / Re: All bounty hunters are from Philippines?? (PROOF) on: August 02, 2018, 11:27:06 AM
Hello! I'm from the Philippines and I'm quite surprised of how many Filipinos are participants of that campaign, because to be honest, not a lot of people know about bitcoin in here. I live in Manila - which is supposed to be the most "advanced" city in my country - but even so, the number of people who know about cryptocurrency or that it even exists in this city is very low, even among teenagers and young adults. However, I guess it's not fair to assume that that's a result of multiaccounting. Just my two cents  Wink
The reason why you're so surprised is that you just saw a solid proof that a lot of Filipinos knows this forum and doing bounties and its not like people in the Philippines will let other people know what they are doing. But I have to agree with your point that there are still a lot of people who doesn't know cryptocurrencies despite the fact that a lof of news report are aired on television.
8  Economy / Economics / Re: Why spend time in bitcoins? on: August 02, 2018, 11:06:12 AM
If you spend effort and time in bitcoin, that means that you consider this as a means of extra income to help you in your necessities. So it is worth the effort doing research just to make the right investment choice if in return you will earn a decent amount.

In my case, I don't think it is a waste earning through trading and investing is much less of a hassle than doing labor work for extra income.
9  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: SHOULD WE GET ALL HATERS OF BITCOIN OUT OF HERE? on: July 30, 2018, 12:58:26 PM
Honestly, you can't blame them for using this forum to release their frustration about their investments. Also, we could take those FUDs as a warning and a reminder that we should always be careful and take prior research about the ICOs we want to invest in. Although it is pretty annoying to see those people who gets easily swayed by FUDs resulting to them contributing more to the dump of a specific coin, despite giving them all the advice we can give for them to stay strong but it is useless at the end.
10  Economy / Speculation / Re: I DON'T CARE IF BTC DECREASES IN PRICE NOW on: July 30, 2018, 12:48:58 PM
I have seen that most people investing now in BTC are afraid of loosing some amount of money when the price declines. I have monitored so many post and I have seen that in their post that's they mean but they wont voice it out because they know people might condemn them.

I still haven't seen someone who is not scared of losing money dude.

The reason why most members condemns other members that are spouting about how they lose their money in investing in bitcoin, talking non-sense about crypto like they know it all is because they really don't know and understand the world of crypto.

Other member kept giving advice to newbies but still they don't follow it and still complains in the forum creating useless threads. IT's getting tiresome so that is why most members hate seeing those kind of members
11  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: What I do before buying an altcoin! on: July 27, 2018, 08:29:39 AM
Regarding tip no. 4, that is also one of my factor that I consider whenever I choose a coin but when a certain topic about it are discussed here in the forum like ico ratings are being paid so that they will have a high rating. I became skeptical now whenever I see a 5/5 rating. So in result, I end to focus more on their roadmap and try to determine if it is achievable or not. That is one of my basis now.
12  Economy / Speculation / Re: Crypto Market is healthy again! on: July 27, 2018, 07:04:36 AM
While most of the cryptocurrencies are much below their earlier highs but there are newer and newer predictions coming up for cryptocurrencies. But one analyst is predicting a huge rise ahead for Bitcoin—with a forecast for it to reach as high as $50,000 in 2018. Why Is Bitcoin Price Changing So Fast?
A lot of analyst wannabes or not predicts the growth of bitcoin in terms of its price so one of them can predict it correctly. You should've state the analyst who said that it could rise that high so we can research his statistics when it comes to cryptocurrencies. The only question is, how long can we maintain the price surge of bitcoin now? We all know that a lot of people are waiting for this chance to get some profits so a lot of them are scared now that it will suddenly dump and will wait another chance to do so.
13  Other / Meta / Re: Require a small amount of merit to become a Junior Member on: July 27, 2018, 05:45:27 AM

- Newby thread starting restricted to an intro and an account recovery board. Newbies and juniors restricted to beginners and associated boards.

As you've discussed this before, I agreed to this too that Jr.members and newbies should stay first at the stated boards until they got reviewed and got merited. That will prevent them from spamming different boards with useless threads and replies and for members that are already ranked up to Jr before more restrictions will be implemented, bounty managers should be strict in accepting participants in their campaign.
14  Economy / Economics / Re: Crypto replacing fiat? on: July 25, 2018, 02:45:57 PM
First things first, we know full well that not all people can't acquire cryptocurrencies and doesn't have the ability to understand the underlying technology behind it. Moreover, some people barely have the capability to earn fiat for themselves so you do the Math if ever we convert entirely to crypto. Another one is that, the usage of crypto is still unstable and most people use it to gain profits by trading or selling them.
15  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Crypto Addiction or depression! on: July 25, 2018, 02:41:47 PM
Include the source where you saw someone actually committed a suicide because of crypto addiction. Although I don't believe this, there is no need to create a forum for those type of people. It would only be such a waste because of the trolling that may occur. They should consider seeing a doctor or seek family's help because that will be the best solution.
If you can notice, there are a lot of threads here that seems that people are depressing about their lost investment but that doesn't mean they will commit suicide because of it.
16  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: EVERY TIME IS RIGHT TO BUY AND SELL on: July 25, 2018, 07:32:19 AM
Main reason why people is always like that despite the fact that given the time they will surely get their ROI is because they want instant return and easy profit when they investest. They don't understand how important it is to have patience at every investment they make other than cryptocurrencies. Let's just give up on giving suggestions to them because they are one of the weak hands that also contributes more to a dump when it happens.
17  Economy / Economics / Re: What would happen if another cryptocurrency took Bitcoins place in Market Cap? on: July 24, 2018, 06:52:35 AM
Of course it will create a turmoil in both the crypto world in here in the forum especially. A lot of news discussing what happened to the turn of events, a lot of speculations from legit crypto analysts and wannabes will be watched from the television. The same thing will happen here in this forum wherein, a great number of tiring threads about it will be created. Though IMO, it is impossible to happen, I still fear from the thought that it can.
18  Economy / Economics / Re: Does money make you rich? on: July 24, 2018, 06:42:11 AM
Are you just dumb or what? They how can you say a person is rich anyways if you don't consider money to be a factor to becoming one? You probably have a different view of defining the term "rich". I mean, literally speaking, money is the main factor for us to get rich. It only depends on us how we use it. Gambling and spending to useless things that is not worth it is just wasting money that's why other people go back to being poor after given a chance to become rich in the first place.
19  Other / Meta / Re: Wall of fame / shame. Shit posts so bad that they are actually funny on: July 24, 2018, 06:35:00 AM
This type of members are what we can consider the "CANCER" of our forum. It will take a huge faith and miracle for it to be cured! Grin
I guess up until now, we just can't get used to them because its gotten much worse compared to way back with much lesser members doing it. It may be best to enforce campaign managers to be strict about their participants and prevent these members from earning.
20  Other / Meta / Re: How do I skip the junk posts? (also proposal) on: July 21, 2018, 02:17:45 PM
This is a good idea however, we know that most of the members in the forums skips a number of pages and does not read in between. They are only reading the first and last page entirely and that lessen the effectiveness of your proposal. It would be better to just ignore lower rank members or some high members if you can distinguish their post quality a shit/spam just as @Jet Cash stated. In time you will have encounter less junk posts because of this.
