I got this PSU SEASONIC zdroj 860W Platinum-860 SS-860XP F3/ 80PLUS Platinum and so far i got two 7950s. I have just been given good order to buy 7970. My question is if this PSU can handle that.

What is the best possible mining rig we can get for 2000 USD and what mh/s can i get?
And i mean cards which are available (not like so many 5830 which are always out of stock)
