Sasha will eventually be fined for issuing unregistered securities over Coinomat assets and WAVES ICO like EOS and SIA , but also securities fraud and theft for not completing the promised Coinomat asset swaps from 2016. Coinomat investors had their funds stolen, that is not the same as EOS and SIA investors who still have access to the assets they purchased.
Regarding the fines, it is just a slap on the wrist. These large ICOs will be able to pay the fines with their eyes closed. I dont think fines will have a big impact on these tokens. Fines are for securities violations, (issuing ICO tokens illegally), but Sasha has bigger problems than that with Coinomat, he stole investor funds when he did not fulfill the agreed swap of coinomat assets to WAVES in 2016 as promised - that's a criminal offense and he can go to jail if the SEC prosecutes him for securities fraud. Securities fraud is much more serious than just issuing unregistered securities in an ICO. Sasha stole investor funds and he can go to prison for that crime! |

I suggested that a reasonable amount of PIRATE be made available to the community at mining costs. Something like 5000 PIRATE lots, with some limit like 50 people.
that is 250,000 PIRATE and over 10% the current supply. The community is now knowing about this unexpectedly popular PIRATE and the early birds are willing to set aside a big percentage of their PIRATE for the community.
Mining cost is being calculated now, distribution will have to wait until the weekend. I believe most of the initial sales were at 0.001 KMD per PIRATE, so that is 5KMD per 5000 PIRATE.

Can I reserve an allocation please? @jl777 would you consider launching a supernet or komodo version with a claim period, e.g. 30 days for eligible asset holders to add their z address, then allocate 1:1 with a new AC with these anon features. A token needs an active community using it regularly to give it value, and an opt-in airdrop generates an instant community, plus it adds value to whatever asset you airdrop onto so nobody gets pissed off about ninja mining etc I remember the good ole days of nxtventures  |

Just some feedback on the guy managing the signature campaign. My application was not accepted, when I asked why I was told: Just right out the gate your activity matches your post count. Usually means alt account or bought account. Doesn't matter what excuse you send me to reply, I won't normally add accounts like that.
I've been on this forum for 5 years, and because my post count average is low, I was told that means I'm probably a bought account. I protested, and then the guy gives me negative trust because he insults me and I insult him back. The guy must be a sensitive little flower, he thinks I was 'threatening' Anyway, I would not likely post 25 spam posts in a week anyway (my average over 5 years is a bit over 2 a week), but @tonych, the guy you hired to run your sig campaign is a dickhead. Signing ethereum addresses for the community airdrop doesn't work, always produces an error message, but I have verified the signature is valid.

My attitude is if I trust Komodo/SuperNET to buy KMD and SN assets, then I would trust proxy ETH/XMR/ERC20 tokens issued by Komodo/SuperNET to the same degree, which is infinitely higher than either bittrex and poloniex, especially after they've gotten so hairy chested demanding KYC selfies with piddley withdrawal limits etc
I can't trade ETH/XMR anymore now that bittrex/poloniex have become unusable.
afaik anyone is free to create an asset chain on BaterDEX, so if it's possible to create proxy tokens for ETH and erc20 coins we should expect them eventually. jl777 has enough on his plate already, so an opportunity for others with sufficient credibility and trust. |

It does not hurt to resolve the scaling debate by offering the market alternatives, both can exist at the same time, as they offer different features.
Good that this split happens before mass adoption, now the winner will be decided by users, not devs or companies, and both can exist if they sustain user base.

I General Meeting
The General Meeting of CK holders is called, if:
- the Board so wishes, or
- the owners of 10% of the outstanding CK so demand from the Board for any reason. If the Board does not promptly respond with practical arrangements, it may be held nevertheless.
The General Meeting with its agenda must be announced 7 realdays in advance.
The General Meeting may:
- Change the Documents with a simple majority;
- Change the Founding Document with a 75% majority;
- Decide the number of Board members, which has to be 3-9;
- Appoint the Board members, so that each faction of votes gets to appoint members in proportion;
- Determine the compensation of Board members.
II Board
The Board determines the strategy and oversees the progress of CK project.
The Board may:
- Appoint a Chairman from among the members;
- Appoint a CEO and decide her compensation;
- Determine the CEO powers and responsibilities;
- Appoint a GM and decide her compensation;
- Determine the GM powers and responsibilities. Someone please call for a General Meeting, get some people in positions, and start making CK great! |

is anyone going to be addressing these issues? These 6 people, because of their greed, screwed 324 people out of getting the airdrops they deserved to get. The way it's going now, a few people will end up with the majority of coins. Exponential growth based on an already exponential distribution of Bitcoins means the rich get exponentially more than the poor. What's the point of having a coin that only 20 people hold/use? I think at this point the airdrops need to be suspended until the issue can be fixed to where its fairer to a larger number of BTX holders. I suggest to re-do the initial airdrop with another snapshot at a new day, say August 1, and airdrop more than was airdropped at the first time. It's unlikely more than 1% of Bitcoin gets linked, so it's safe to airdrop 10 BTX per Bitcoin. A top-up airdrop makes sense, the weekly drop has many issues now. |

Dev where are you This coin wont do anything much until the distribution is nearly finished, nobody invests heavily in coins where the dev holds the majority of coins. Dev isn't needed now, just finish distro, then add some features like masternodes. Now is time for patience! |
