All 9.346 btc have been returned. And everything is running smooth again.
Did they return automatically?

I don't think the problem would have been solved automatically.

They disappeared on Friday around noon, I made a support ticket on Friday in the late evening, got an email this morning stating that the ticket was being looked into by some employee at 6am this morning "west coast US time", then a couple of hours later I got another email from the support employee in slightly broken English that stated everything should be back in the wallet, which a quick check confirmed everything was back.

It does suck to have Bitcoin in limbo like that for a few days while the market drops. But I can't really blame Wirex for the stress over the changing value of Bitcoin. Taking the weekend into account, the time to resolve this issue was done in an adequate time frame. Overall I'm satisfied with the experience, had this problem happened with one of the smaller wallet apps I wouldn't have had too much faith in me seeing those bitcoins again.

So all things considered in happy with my wirex experience in this matter :-)

I had a transfer of 9.346 Btc plus the fee associated with transfer go missing after a failed transfer on Friday.

I guess due to how fast the price of dropping that day that by the time I clicked the send btc button, the amount I entered had already fallen below what it was worth.

Here is my reference number for the failed transfer:

REF:646b0501ba084351a8a5ddc96761d217

My support request # is:

71515

Any help in fixing the matter quickly would be appreciated before greatly appreciated.

Thank you :-)
