Not sure, but has anyone felt there are just too many forks happening to Bitcoin since this summer? Those of course have reasons to take place. But, I find it hard to keep ahead of the latest news.

Most major crypto news outlets bring about the news when forks already happen. For example, I learned about BTG only a day before it happened. But, I found out about the Diamond fork only now, 2 days after it happened.

I work 2 jobs and try to get us much time to stay updated of the latest news. But, it's becoming a challenge to keep up with all that. And, if more forks will be coming in near future, we might even need a ledger to stay updated.

Is there any online resource where I can keep track of the latest bitcoin fork news?

Unfortunately, I didn't place my btc in a proper wallet in time and left it in coinbase. I thought the hard fork would happen today but it actually did yesterday.

So, I was wondering if it is still possible to get bitcoin gold now after the hard fork took place? If it is, what's the best and safest way to do so? And, what wallet would you recommend?

I wish the dev team behind this hard fork would be willing to share the updates, guidelines and recommendation.
