Why contact the TOA developer ? On other exchanges wallets work and worked all the time, so the network is all right. You yourself specifically turned off the wallet. SCAMMERS!

We made a system, which change conf number for low hashrate coins in auto mode.
It is just security measure to prevent (or at least to minimize) attacks on coin net.

Кратко:
Если предполагаем работу именно с кошельком / кошельками (когда в кошельке более одного аккаунта), то не имеет значения, Simple или Brain.
Если ориентируемся на работу с аккаунтом / аккаунтами (один кошелек = один аккаунт), то тогда выбираем Brain.
