My order #4018 has been cancelled as I requested, but I didn´t get any money back!  Huh

Order   Date                           Status    Total
#4018   December 6, 2013   Cancelled   $2,448.00 for 1 item

Please check and let me know when I can expect refund.

Thank you.

Have you sent them a refund request?
If so you just have to wait 4-12months and you'll maybe just maybe get you're money back
I have been waiting for a refund for 4 months now and have to wait at least 1,5 months still.

Yes, I did, but they do NOT communicate. This is worst company ever.

Dear Bitmine, be so kind and refund, I made order:
Order #4018 was placed on December 6, 2013 and is currently processing.
You didn´t provide miner in time, you don´t answer emails, you don´t refund, what I should think about it?
Waiting for your answer!

subversionsteve: Count me in.

I made order #4018 on December 6, 2013 and is currently processing, no miner, no refund, no answers to my emails.
I don´t want to get miner after one year for BTC, it will not be able to make any money.

I am very angry on them, they offer chips, housing, miners, but who paid for that? Me? You? This is fucking bad approach. Sorry about words, but this is how I see it.

I am Linux newbie, so forgive to me my question:

You wrote I should start bitcoin by this commnad:

To start Bitcoin 0.6.0, type:
Code:
bitcoind

I installed it on Ubuntu Desktop 14.04 LTS and from I understand, this will not start after restart, right?
So I should add it to programs after start in "Startup applications", right?
11  Bitcoin / Pools / Re: P2pool peers 8 out 0 in on: June 26, 2014, 06:59:15 PM
Thank you for your answer  Wink

I also noticed that some connetions are trying to go throught firewall, so I allowed them.
I don´t know which port open made that, but it almost immediately gave me 1 IN peer for BTC/LTC/VTC p2pool.

These are open ports:
5889, 8332, 8333, 9171, 9172, 9327, 9328, 9332, 9333, 9338, 9346, 10333

I tried to find out something more about this problem, but I couldn´t.

My problem is, that I don´t get any IN connections.

http://84.42.144.19:9332/static/

Version: 13.4
Pool rate: 292TH/s (17% DOA+orphan) Share difficulty: 1280000
Peers: 8 out, 0 in
Local rate: 8.85GH/s (5.1% DOA) Expected time to share: 7.2 days
Shares: 0 total (0 orphaned, 0 dead) Efficiency: Huh

I use P2Pool release 13.4 for Windows (https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=18313.0)
I have open all ports OUT, and these ports IN: 8333,9332,9333

Thank you in advance for any help.

14  Bitcoin / Pools / Build new mining pool - mission impossible? on: June 22, 2014, 06:30:10 PM
Hi guys,

I am just wondering, is it even possible to build new mining pool in these days?

Because from what I can understand people will not use pool:

- which has not clients (+- 0 H/s)
- nobody use it or it is used only by owner
- nobody has experience with stability and reliability etc.

What can make you to use new "empty" mining pool and maybe what you are missing on current pools?

Thank you for any feedback.

TICKET #1053
I sent 400EUR at 8.4. to my account 10464. Still I have nothing in my account on Bitstamp! You don´t answer, you don´t take care about ticket, so what do you do to solve the problem?! It is 10 minutes job to look to information I provided and assign money to my account or send it back to me!
So be so kind and explain to me what is going on.
Thank you!

They answered just a few minute ago, so it really seems they are just overload, which is not good, but may happen.

Dear Michal,

The problem was that you transfer did not include your 'Message' number and so it did not get sorted automatically. However we now received the needed information in order for us to be able to locate your transfer. Once we locate and process it and your funds are added to you account you will receive an email notification.

Best regards,
Marko Rogan
