Our website, altcoinprophet.com is a subscription-based platform which provides signals, indicators and insight from hundreds of markets and cryptocurry-assets. Our system uses big data, statistics, momentum and news to provide our clients early signals of the direction of a certain market. Internal testing for over course of months, have resulted in an average of 30% ROI with the use of our system, but we are always striving to perfect it. When you win, we win: if our system works our will stay subscribed, this is why it’s so important for us to perfect our platform.
APHX
APHX is a crypto-asset which represents 50% of the revenue coming from our subscribers. ALPHX holders will receive weekly dividends depending of the % of coins they hold. One of our main objectives will be to get APHX added on all the major exchanges, so our clients can purchase our service, and the markets represent our accomplishments in development.
There will only be a total of 1,000,000 coins, and 90% of will be distributed with an Initial Coin Offering. 1% will be used to pay for the translations. 3% will be used to pay for a signature campaign promotion on the Bitcointalk.org forums. 3% will be paid to all the news sources, review sites, and marketers. 3% will be given to the developers for testing and development.
ICO
The ICO will last 30 days and the funds will be held by an Escrow service. We will be contacting SebastianJu for this purpose. In case he cannot help us, we will contact someone else in the forum.
900,000 APHX will be for the purpose of the ICO. There will not be an ICO limit or price. The coins will be distributed among all the investors according to the formula:
ICO % participation = Personal amount invested / Total amount raised
APHX to receive = ICO % participation * 900,000
ALPHX distribution:
ICO: 90% of the total supply
Translations: 1% of the total supply
Signature campaign: 3% of the total supply
News/Review sites: 3% of the total supply
Developers: 3% of the total supply

Yes, the ICO funds will be held by a third party escrow service. The ICO will not begin until we have an escrow service.
