two chicks at the same time. I bet if I was a millionaire, I could hook that up too.
2  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: If you had $50, what would you invest in? on: January 06, 2018, 10:21:00 PM
Really surprised nobody here has mentioned Aeternity more often. I check their github and it's updated every day, they are really working hard on it. Their dev team is solid, 30+ deep and good credentials.

4  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Poloniex Preparing for an Exit Scam! DO _NOT_ SEND COINS THERE! on: January 06, 2018, 10:53:17 AM
Despite the fact that I have been a customer with them for almost 4 years, Poloniex is refusing to allow the withdrawal over $2,000 worth of coins from my account. Yes, I have a Legacy Account. Yes, I created a Support Ticket over 1 month ago. Now they are just sitting on my money and there is no way to contact a real human being there. So whatever you do, DON'T USE POLONIEX. They will likely just sit on your money until they run away with it all.

Want proof? Here you go:

They will gladly take your money, even though I don't really understand what this means. 12 of 12 confirmations and still pending... Hmmm...

Here is me trying to withdraw BTC from my XRP trade, after clicking the verification email link to confirm its me and I really do want to make this withdrawal. As you can see, the withdraw request was made over 24 hours ago and despite what is says in their "Support" section (what a corruption of the word), I have not been contacted by anybody. Obviously they have my email address, so why no follow-up?

Here's me re-visiting the withdraw request link in my email, just so you can see that I actually received the email, and I clicked it again thinking maybe I didn't click it the first time (even though I did), after all, it says "Awaiting Approval" for my withdrawal status.

Here's what Poloniex has to say after I clicked the link in my email. "Oops" is right. Assholes. (Them, not you.)

Finally, here's an example of how slow and useless their support team is. I would say this is proof they are either readying for an exit scam or else practicing fractional reserve banking, which means they don't actually have the coins to send me. As you can see I created these tickets an entire month ago and have received NO RESPONSE WHATSOEVER from them.

No telephone number. No email address. Nothing to do except for sit and wait and pray.

TL;DR - DON'T USE POLONIEX OR COUNT ON THEM TO OFFER _ANY_ BIT OF SUPPORT!

Relax. They are not scammers, I've had more than that locked up and was out of my account for over a week and a half. Back and forth emails. The best way I can describe their customer support would be, super slow military security. Make sure you follow all the instructions. If you fuck up, it will slow the process down considerably.
5  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Ethereum just crossed $1000 milestone on: January 05, 2018, 07:52:29 AM
As of now, Ethereum's price came back to 900 dollars mark. I am hoping for more pumps this year, 2018, and less dumps. I have a few investment in Ethereum so I am really hoping for it to pump more and all the coins that are promising.

Ahora, I see 1060
6  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: TRON (TRX) is going crazy. on: January 05, 2018, 07:15:24 AM
I just bought 7000 tron at 23 cent each

Why? Well I read that the CEO is the protege of the Alibaba guy. That's good stuff. Then, I read that they're merging accounts from, something or other, to Tron. Also, the Tron CEO, was twice in the top 30 CEOs under 30, or something of that nature, people from Asia. I feel comfortable about my position.

Ethereum, Ripple
8  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: If bitcoin loses all its value what will happen to altcoins ? on: December 23, 2017, 11:29:47 PM
I don't believe any nation will ban a top cryptocurrency for very long. Whatever the amount of time it takes to get a bribe in there. I'd imagine a ruling would be done after people involved with said coin had a chance to bribe said individual, and this is why we don't hear about many bannings. The politicians you hear badmouting certain coins could just be looking for a handout themselves.

Seems like business is done this way in many industries.

10  Other / Off-topic / Re: You dont like cryptocitties? Try Ethereum pokeon game Ethermon on: December 22, 2017, 12:27:18 AM
I have a few questions regarding ethermon.

1. If I pay for one Etheremon, will I be able to sell it again? Or do is my money lost/traded for that etheremon forever?

2. Are Etheremon directly linked to MEW? Meaning that if I get one etheremon and just forget it, will I get the gained Ethereum automaticly. Or do I have to go to the etheremon site to collect it?

3. Any information on the Ethermon battles/ shop? What they contain?

Thx in advance.Smiley

1. Yes. The wallet on the website that you get (I recommend using Metamask) has instructions on how to cash out, involving sending a transaction worth 0 ETH to a specific address different from the trainer address.
2. No. You have to send the transaction I refer to in 1.
3. I snagged 2 Vibes, I was going to get the thing that eats grass and lays around all day that's 1 Eth, but didn't. Don't really know a whole lot about pokemon in general, but there's lots of buzz about this.

The vibes will earn me, .002 Eth, every time someone new buys a Vibe. Someone bought a new one earlier and I checked my account, it had the extra eth in it.

11  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Is Ethereum a bubble? on: December 21, 2017, 09:01:15 PM
It isn't a bubble, it's a web of win. Because each company that founded an ICO based on Ethereum, is tied into Ethereum, unless the CEO cashes out. So we have all these companies that are actually bolstering the overall value of Ethereum. The greatest technological minds of our era seem to be involved with the project, because lots of important people have bet on Vitalik. It's my gamble they know something I don't.

My question is, what's the next big crypto game out there similar to the kitties? Missed the rush. Though, I'm sure it could be like everything in this cryptosphere. You know; seemingly late at present, yet early if you look at prices on a timeline.
12  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Bounties (Altcoins) / Re: Monaco Card Bounty Program - Earn Reward For your Support on: June 02, 2017, 05:04:35 PM
I am highly interested in bringing information about this technology to the public. It would be interesting if you offered 'benefits' for leaving bitcoin or whichever crypto inactive on the card. Why? Just think about it - it wouldn't have to be a large bonus or incentive, but SOMETHING. It would help to have incentives for both activity and inactivity. If customers knew they got SOMETHING. even a t-shirt. 1 shirt for leaving crypto on a card, rather than penalized, it would be adopted by the masses moreso.  it would make members feel like they were in a club. Imagine if all of those ethereum founders got shirts.  I'd like some eth shirts. quality heavyweight fabric eth shirts. maybe with a diamond and a guy holding a bag and a pick.

 -   Back when I was blue collar, pressure washing houses for a living, one thing I learned about people is that they all love something for free - I remember the exact job I learned it on - wrote up a fast estimate and walked it to  a homeowner and 'FRONT FENCE:FREE' all across the front of it sold him 100% on the job. We like free stuff. Good Chinese / Japanese/ Korean business folks understand it too. {[Edited between asterisks: 12:18pm- added good]}  Certain *good* companies include an extra offering, even if it is bs. a great example is, from aliexpress, micro usb cords. I order them and a certain company gives me a little green velcro cable wrapper, for free. Wasn't in the deal, but it's free. the power of free is huge. you just have to be unreasonable with what it actually is, but not too unreasonable. All good businesses know this, and that's why everything that's free or super cheap, is bullshit,.
13  Economy / Goods / Re: Selling Iphone 7+ SuperClones (Samsung Galaxy S7 Edge also available) on: May 29, 2017, 07:58:08 PM
Yeah maybe should have read the post first. Even though they are clones, that is not a good price at all. When I went to China recently, people in the counterfeit markets were selling them for 100-150 US dollars depending on the quality.

^^ Vixmore is right Smiley
I always buy my phones from china... I never pay more than $160 for a phone.
At this moment, i'm using the umi super.. I bought it at around ~€150, it includes a 5.5 inch 2.5D Arc Screen,  Android 6.0 (upgrade to android 7 available), 64bit Octa Core 2.0GHz processor, 13.0MP Camera, 4GB RAM, 32GB ROM,Accelerometer, Compass, Fingerprint Scanner,...

I do buy actual chinese brands, not clones or replicas. If you buy a replica, you have a reasonable chance your country's customs will seize the phones. If you buy a genuine chinese product, the only risk you take is having to pay import duties.

I wish the OP good luck in his sale thread tough... I guess that if you really want a replica of an iphone, the cost will probably be higher than a genuine chinese brand.

I've been taking a look at the Xiaomi with the deca core processor, to maybe get as a standby phone. It's supposed to be a note knockoff, but I noticed the home button isn't depressable. if it is, it's different than the note I have.

My primary is a Note 4 with a 10,000mah battery. those xiaomis on ali look intriguing.

Well, I suppose we must agree to disagree then! See, I believe that it's negative to freely share the best ideas, if they directly deteriorate earnings. It's a positive thing for the crypto community, to be 'secretive', to an extent. Otherwise, difficulty will be ruined too quickly; it is definitely a positive, and I appreciate the secrecy. I don't mind finding out the hard way, story of my life.
Are you confusing individuals being secretive with a community being secretive? As already stated, this community isn't secretive at all, infact all new innovation in software spreads like wildfire, and most do directly impact earnings.

Well, seeing as you don't mind fining out the hard way ...

All done? :-)

There are folks running 9-10 card rigs, with undervolted cards, but you just don't hear about it nor see DIY threads because they have the difficulty in mind.
So if you don't see or hear about them, how do you know they exist? Did you dream them up?

One has to assume that every successful setup isn't  shared on the site. You don't agree?

This community has been very open about sharing most of their trade secrets even, so I wouldn't agree.
8 card rigs exist, but only 2-3 people have the skills needed to make them, and even they have let the cat out of the bag on several occassions, you can run 8 cards on linux with minor tweaks.
I have not, in my year and a half on these forums, heard of a 10 card rig, so its too well kept a secret to be possible.
I did read that someone managed to get 10 cards detected in Linux a couple of days ago but that was a noob account and he hasnt shared any image or proof, so I do not trust that information yet.

Some enterprising members like Jstenfanop are developing 8 card modules that can be added in pairs to run a total of 16 cards off of essentially one system, but that's specialized hardware, and its still in production.

Tytus, Nvidia Rigs getting popular more and more... how about pushing this feature / version?!  Grin

Try this: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=1854250.0  It is still in early stages, but Fullzero is committed to making Nvidia more accessible for miners.  He was the person I purchased my first mining rig from and has been outstanding with helping me learn through the last 6 months.

I learned everything I know the exact same way. I plan to teach a younger person the same exact way. The gift of knowledge is an awesome one. The guy I learned from watched me do just about everything wrong you could do wrong, super tolerant. When I started the process, I was a Windows baby, now, I'm a WhoBuntu.

20  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Ethereum: Good alt or stay away? on: April 10, 2017, 07:45:31 PM
In my own opinion, I would still stay in Ethereum because I beleived in this coin will still move and increasi its price in the market. Ehtereum as far as I know is one of the top lists in the market so I will still stay in eth.

I always say, 'ask yourself which coin has something unique unlike any of the others' and your answer is always Ethereum. With it comes the heavyweight respect of the most corporate respected worldwide coin...at least for business sense. I'd own lots of Bitcoin if I had more money. (My money would look like this: 70% Ethereum, 20% Bitcoin, 10% USDT) BTC whales control Ethereum, as BTC holders were at the Ethereum ICO. The only real negative of Bitcoin, other than it's speed, is that it's developer being absent will throw off lots of old money; with Etheruem you have a respected face and team behind it.

Best,
Norman
