Okay so this was a joke but this is the dividend for that 1000 ETH profit unless I got something mixed up. The 1000 ETH they made off of that one Golem trade with the ICNP fund is around $40,000 profit (~$40 USD/ETH at this time), ICN holders get 30% of ICNP profit, 87,000,000 ICN currently in circulation => 1.38x10-4 dollars/ICN. So that would be a dividend that is currently worth 1/2898th the price of token (~$0.4).

Pretty small, but that's just for 1000 ETH profit off of one ICNP trade.

That's not taking into account other profit they have already made from other ICNP investments and the Byteball distributions, but most importantly that's not taking into account what can be made in the future. They still have all these funds (currently ~19 million USD) from the ICO for ICNP investments:
