Smiles. Like you said, you just predicted, and predictions may/may not come through, yea. We can only but watch and see how it turns out within these two days left for he month. Bitcoin volatility makes it difficult for us to be sure, but nevertheless, wether it rises or decreases, we keep pushing on the floor regardless, and hoping for miracles.💪

We may have seen the miracle we want to see from Bitcoin earlier this year, as bitcoin is currently in a good position, putting an end to much speculation. We may see even better things ahead.

After a few days, I got a day off again today. When I go home, there will be less work pressure, so this time I will try to do more push-ups. This exercise is constantly giving me a lot of confidence because through these push-ups, my arm muscles are becoming much more stable. If I continue to do it regularly, I will eventually become like a bodybuilder. Although I don't know if I will be able to do that, my arms are getting very well-muscled. Previously, I couldn't do more than 5-10 push-ups, but now I can do 20 continuously. Sometimes I do a little less, but I will try to do more gradually in the future.

I recall in the 1970s and 1980s, when the Rocky movies were coming out, the one-armed pushups became popular as an idea.  The switching of arms like in the below videos.  I recall when I was younger, I could do one or two one-armed pushups, and surely not easy, but merely due to being younger. Right now, I don't have a chance in doing 1 armed pushups, and I would not want to injure myself.  One armed pushups is a younger man's game.. and surely shows a sign of strength to be able to do them, whether just sticking with one arm or switching between arms like Rocky (Sylvester Stallone) does.

I also saw this one-handed push-up exercise video on TikTok. However, today I saw it again through you. Doing one-handed push-ups is very difficult and those who do this exercise become much stronger. I don't have that position anymore. Even if I try with one hand, I see that I'm falling to one side so I don't try with one hand. But if we also try, then it is possible to do it, nothing is impossible.

5  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Technical Support / Re: Can I get my wallet back with a Bitcoin wallet address? on: September 25, 2025, 07:56:52 PM
You need your seed phrase to have access to your wallet back. Or if you have the wallet file, you can use it for the wallet recovery. You can not use your bitcoin address to get your wallet back.
Yes, you are right man and i understand and thank you very much for your feedback. Honestly it would have been great if I had my old wallet back. But since I don't have the seed phrase. it is not possible to recover it.

Your bitcoin address is generated from your public key and that's why you give it out to receive funds because it's safe. I believe that you don't have any funds in your wallet. Therefore, you should create a new wallet and write down the seed phrase on a piece of paper and make three duplicates. Keep the in three different locations far from each other and keep it safe from third party.
last time I used that old wallet and all my funds were spent. Since then I have been busy with the work of defending the country, which has diverted my attention from this aspect. Currently, I'm in a job sector and have now created a new wallet. Since I lost the seed phrase of the old wallet and I will not be able to use it anymore. Now, I have saved the seed phrase of the new wallet in several safe places hopefully there will be no more problems in the future.

By "wallet faces" you meant seed phrases or wallet backup phrases? Those 12 or 24- words? If yes, then it's possible for you to recover your wallet, and it will include your old Bitcoin address as well, so long as you follow the right derivation path.

Alternatively unless, if it's for another purpose, there is no need to reuse your old address if there is no Bitcoin in there. You can always create a new wallet. It doesn't cost a thing.
Actually I had written down those 12 seed phrases in a hide place. But after changing my residence and moving to another city, many important documents were lost and including that one. I searched and tried a lot but I could not find the seed phrases. So now it is not possible to get the old wallet back. After much thought, I decided not to worry about it anymore. From now on, I will use the new wallet. After creating it I will send a signed message and submit it here and I have saved the seed phrases properly. Hopefully, this time there will be no more problems.

To recover your wallet, you need its back up that is either a wallet mnemonic seed (sometimes need a passphrase if you add it when creating that wallet) or a Bitcoin private key.
This how to backup a seed phrase article can help you understand both wallet backup and wallet recovery.
I have tried a lot to find the seed phrase of the old address for the past few days but I did not get any results. Although there are no funds there. I still wanted to get the old wallet back. However that was no longer possible. Thank you for giving me a good idea about using the new wallet.

I'll give you 3 reasons to stop searching and never use this address again:
  • The address doesn't contain any coins
  • Address reuse is bad for privacy
  • Legacy addresses give higher transaction fees
Easy solution: install Electrum, write down your backup seed phrase (and keep it safe), and use a new Bitcoin address each time.

You joined in 2017: big mistake not keeping any Bitcoin!
Really you gave me ggod idea and will try to transact with the new wallet now. I also knew a little about Electrum. As per your advice i did more research on it and realized that it would be the safest for me. I came into this world in 2017. At that time.. I missed a big opportunity because I did not hold bitcoin.

However, I do not consider it a mistake because I spent my money on family needs and bought some farmland and started farming there. Although farming could not be continued for long because after getting a job in the country's security forces, I could no longer be active on the forum. I'm currently investing a small portion of my salary in bitcoin. know that it will gradually turn into a good savings for me.

I'm locking this post because I've pretty much figured out what I wanted to know.
6  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Technical Support / Can I get my wallet back with a Bitcoin wallet address? on: September 24, 2025, 08:10:16 PM
I used this wallet on this forum once but in the meantime. I had to stay away from the crypto world for my family life and daily work. My previous device is no longer there and I couldn't get it back where I had noted the wallet faces. Now I want to know if it is possible to get my previous wallet back with this wallet address? If anyone understands this, please help.

Bitcoin wallet address: 12ZqFiYFD9qMGCF25dExjayp7hsJHmjGb3

If I get this wallet back, I will use it, but if I don't get it back, I will have to use a new wallet. Thank you.
7  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: best countries for btc on: September 24, 2025, 07:41:23 PM
UAE recently just got ranked among the top five crypto destinations which consist of the following: singapore, hong kong, usa, and switzerland. this ranking involves, i assume, friendliness of the country towards crypto considering their regulatory jurisdictions.

would you agree about the countries involved? are you interested in moving into these countries or starting a business that is crypto related? also there is no country from africa in the ranking. could there be one in the future?
I agree with these countries involved because they have achieved a good position in the top five crypto world through such a position. They are definitely coming forward for the development of their country and doing something good. If there is such an opportunity, then I'm interested in doing crypto related business with these countries. Countries that are not in the ranking can come towards the ranking if they want if they can improve their country's crypto. Although in my country a group of people can use crypto with pleasure without any restrictions.

Hi everyone,

I’m interested in discussing Bitcoin from both an investment and technological perspective. Bitcoin has proven to be the pioneer of decentralized finance, and its influence continues to grow.

Some points I’d like to discuss:

Adoption Trends: How do you see Bitcoin adoption evolving globally in the next 5 years?

Scaling Solutions: Do you think Lightning Network and other scaling solutions will solve transaction speed and fee issues?

Regulation Impact: How do government regulations affect Bitcoin’s growth and price stability?

Investment Strategies: Long-term holding vs active trading—what strategies are working best in today’s market?

I’d love to hear your insights, experiences, and predictions. Let’s make this a productive discussion about Bitcoin’s future.

Thanks!

9  Economy / Speculation / Re: 100 Push-Ups Per Day Until Bitcoin Is £100K Challenge on: September 24, 2025, 06:49:40 PM
On my routine exercises on push-ups i decided to do something new which is one-arm push-ups to see how i can coup with it and find the one-arm push-ups so fun and interesting that i will love to be doing it as my daily routine push-ups because on the process of perform the one-arm push-ups i experience a tactical move on my shoulder, chest and triceps which also requires enough strength and stability to be able to the one-arm push-ups and after that i still return to my normal push-ups exercise which using two arms placed tactically on the floor and i was able to archive my push-ups exercise today.
You tried to do push-ups with one hand but I couldn't even try because I couldn't hold my entire body weight with one hand. The first time I thought I could do it but when I tried it I thought it wasn't possible. It hasn't been done for a while but I tried a little. You could have done push-ups with this hand just fine.

Today went very well. The reason it went well is that a fellow soldier in my camp was inspired by my push-up exercises. Seeing me, he tried to do a few push-ups. He did quite well, he did about 11 push-ups on his first try. I will try to inspire him about this. I am very happy today because he was inspired by me.

12  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Do you think we still need more stablecoins in crypto? on: September 22, 2025, 07:52:33 AM
We need stablecoins but stables that are properly audited and controlled
Although we know USDT and USDC as stablecoins, all other coins are unstable. However, we can expect more stable coins in the future.
13  Other / Politics & Society / Re: Sex before marriage or after marriage, which one do you prefer? on: September 22, 2025, 07:44:19 AM
Would you rather want to wait till marriage to intimately know your partner or will you rather know everything there is before marriage?
Having sex before marriage will be different for each person but I think it is better not to have sex before marriage. Although there are different sayings of different religions about this, you can know the person you choose as your life partner personally and understand it but I know that having sex before marriage is not good. Just having sex is not enough to attract or get to know a woman, how much care and how much effort your life partner is is the main factor. At some point, the need for this sex will no longer exist, for this, it is necessary to take steps wisely.
14  Economy / Speculation / Re: Can Bitcoin hits $150k by year ending? on: September 22, 2025, 07:35:20 AM
Bitcoin has been moving strong this year, and some people think it might hit $150K by year ending, irrespective of the recent fluctuation. Do you believe it can really get there, or it's just hype?

It could certainly be because Bitcoin has been in a state of recent volatility,
creating new ATHs from here to reach $150,000 is not a big deal but you have to be patient and something new is going to emerge,
that's for sure.

15  Economy / Speculation / Re: 100 Push-Ups Per Day Until Bitcoin Is £100K Challenge on: September 22, 2025, 06:32:34 AM
I’m dealing with some hip pain this weekend. Not exactly sure what I did but it was either a strange reaction to some squats or I slept on it wrong. Either way I haven’t gone swimming or biking this weekend so I figured I had better keep the push-ups going and ignore my rest day. I’ve never really had hip pain before so this is new.
Since you have never had back pain before, I think it is a new experience it could be due to muscle tension sitting or standing in the wrong position, lifting something heavy or sudden movements. Try moving your arms and legs a little and doing physical exercises. If that is the case, it will decrease or get better and if you rest then hopefully your back pain will be fixed.
16  Economy / Speculation / Re: 1483 Pushups in the 2025-09-20 UTC Report on: September 21, 2025, 06:24:24 PM
I will like to know why is there a spreadsheet for this?
Is it too late to join? I will like to see my name on the list too if I am allowed to join this pushups countdown. What's the requirement for me to join and I can start right away if I am given the green light. I am determined and focus and I can do anything through Christ that strengthen me.

It is open to everyone, you can join here if you want and you can also do this exercise with us. But before doing this exercise, you need to understand that push-up exercises have become closely related to the price of bitcoin. Because of this, those who do physical exercise will definitely be better. If you want to start then you need to understand how you can do it. There will be advice for you, if you start, then do regular exercises like us. Good luck to you and we also want you to join us here.

17  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: How to protect your Bitcointalk account from getting hacked. on: September 21, 2025, 02:33:32 AM
I created this thread to help newbies secure their account so they won't get hacked other old members that will fine it useful can apply it too so there account will be secured, all this hackers target reputable accounts more.

1. Use a very strong password:
If you know you didn't use a wrong password please change it now to a very strong password use the forgotten password option and then change it, use a mix of latter's, numbers and symbols to create a strong password.

2. Enable 2FA (Two-Factor Authentication):
There's an option available for Two-Factor Authentication in Bitcointalk forum so it is very good that you use a Two-Factor Authentication in your Bitcointalk account so that even if someone stole your password they can't even login to your account and it will become impossible for them to hack it.

3. Secure Your Email Account linked to your forum account:
That Email that is linked to that your forum account is the pass key to your account because if someone gets hold of your email account they can use the forgotten option and when a link is sent to your email they can easily change your password through that and your forum account is gone.
So secure your Email that is linked to that your Bitcointalk forum account very well in fact use a strong password and 2FA for your email.

 4. Create a Signed Bitcoin Message Backup:
In this forum they allow you to prove account ownership by signing a message with a Bitcoin address that you control and make sure that the Bitcoin address is your personal address, so what you should do is to link your Bitcoin address to your account and save the signed message so that if your account ever gets hacked you can recover it with it.

Lastly don't rent your Bitcointalk account to anyone and don't use people's wifi to login your account and don't click on some link sent to you in PM, be very careful and enjoy the forum.

if one follows these four steps correctly then the chances of an account being hacked will be reduced to zero. We must take utmost care to keep our account secure then no hacker will be able to hack our account.

strong password is the most important thing for account security. If 2FA is set up with this then no one will be able to login even if they know your password. If an active email is linked to the forum account, if your account is ever hacked and the hacker changes the password and email then a notification will be sent to your email from the forum which will be valid for 14 days. During this period, by looking at the email, you can easily recover the account from your original email and make the hacker lose the account. In addition, if there is a backup of the signed Bitcoin message, it is possible to easily recover the account at any time.

I myself recently added an active email to keep my account secure and used a strong password. After the first change, I felt that it needed to be more secure so I changed the password again. Along with this, I activated 2FA. Hopefully, there will be no more problems with this.

Although account hacking is not very common on this forum, we still need to be careful and maintain awareness in using accounts. Everyone stay aware and enjoy keeping the forum safe. Thanks to everyone, especially the person who made everyone aware through a nice message.
18  Economy / Speculation / Re: 100 Push-Ups Per Day Until Bitcoin Is £100K Challenge on: September 20, 2025, 06:30:57 PM
Probably a misunderstanding I guess, what I meant is I did 100pushups this morning 20 every set that's 5 set, I guess it's not possible to do 500pushups, it's not possible I think.
This is possible but those who have been doing this exercise regularly for a long time will be able to do it. But I can't because my body may not be able to take it but I will try it slowly.

It's not impossible to do 500 pushups in a day as someone here we all know @Jayjuangee, have done over 1000 pushups in a day before. It's a matter of time, consistency and decision.
Wow this is very good news. It is very difficult to do 1000 push-ups, but the fact that JayjuanGee has made it possible has motivated us even more that it is not impossible. We will also try to increase the number of push-ups gradually.

India Women vs Australia Women

Today will be the 3rd match of the ODI series between India Women vs Australia Women, but we can say that this match is the final match for both the teams. Because so far there have been two matches in this series where both teams have won one match each. Australia women performed brilliantly in the 1st match but their batting line was not good in the second match. India women won the second match by a huge margin. Since today is the final match, both teams will continue to try hard, but based on the performance, we will put Australia women ahead. I think Australia women will win and win the series today. Do you think any team can win?

The 3rd match of the India vs Australia women's ODI series will be played today but above all there is a tension between the two teams. It is normal that there are wins and losses in the game but according to the performance of both the teams, Australia will have to be given priority first because the performance of the Australian team is very good on the other hand the performance of the Indian women's team like they won in the second game then the Indian women will be able to defeat Australia and win. Again if they cannot maintain their position then it is not possible for the team to win everyone is thinking that Australia is in favor. I think Australia will be able to win but I don't know what will actually happen let's see what happens.
