Smiley
5  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Long term vs. short term investing on: March 19, 2018, 05:06:12 PM
Investment is always on long term if you want to make good profits. But you can have small profit also with short investment, it depends what you prefer.
6  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Who controls the Bitcoin system? on: March 19, 2018, 04:42:58 PM
Bitcoin is a decentralized cryptocurrency so nobody can control it. It's probably be the secret of its success, who knows?
7  Economy / Speculation / Re: Bitcoin's bottum price? on: March 19, 2018, 12:04:38 PM
Yes of course it can goes lower than 7000$, it has already happened in the past. But I think that until the end of 2018, it will only rise. Maybe it's going to drop at the beginning of 2019.
8  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Why bitcoin is not supported in some countries? on: March 18, 2018, 05:32:50 PM
Governments are afraid that Bitcoin will destroy their economy, so few of them decided to ban BTC. But the real reason is that they have no control on BTC.
9  Other / Politics & Society / Re: Online Dating on: March 16, 2018, 06:17:36 PM
I personally don't like online dating because I feel really uncomfortable. But it allows people to meet others and maybe the love of their life, so I think it's great, just not for me aha.
10  Other / Off-topic / Re: What causes suicidal thoughts? on: March 16, 2018, 06:02:20 PM
I think that the main reason why people can start thinking about suicide is because they feel alone. They have the feeling that they are not understood by their close friends or family; or simply they don't have friends or family and are isolated from society.
11  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Do you think digital currency will ever replace paper money? on: March 15, 2018, 05:21:43 PM
I really doubt that governments would ever approved this. They want to keep control, and with digital currency, that would be complicated.
12  Other / Politics & Society / Re: How can terrorism be stopped on: March 15, 2018, 05:06:57 PM
Terrorism cannot be stopped. The reason why is because we don't have anything to scare them. They are ready to take their own life for their activities, not us. So they have an advantage. The least that governments can do is having a high control and security to prevent every potential attack.
13  Economy / Speculation / Re: what you think about bitcoin in like 5 years? on: March 15, 2018, 04:58:02 PM
In five years, I think (at least I hope) that Bitcoin's value will have increased by 200%, and will be pretty stable. It can be explained by the fact that Bitcoin would be more and more legalized in our countries, and used in international business.
14  Economy / Economics / Re: What is your best investment strategy? on: March 13, 2018, 04:05:29 PM
I think that the easiest strategy is buying Bitcoins when the price is going down, and selling it when the price rise. Pretty logical.
15  Other / Politics & Society / Re: If we can educate our kids at home why do we need to send them at school? on: March 12, 2018, 09:35:47 AM
A child development is based on the primary socialization (family) and secondary socialization (friends, school). If a child has only the primary one, his development will not be fulfill. He needs the second one because it will allows him to see an other point of vue than the one of its family. He has to see more than what's in his house. If he doesn't have the practice to open his mind to others, then he won't when he will be adult. And, for example, it can lead to have a person who's not well-integrated in society. And who knows, it can lead him to make a mass shooting because he feels like an outsider and is psychologically unstable.
16  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Will Bitcoin become a daily currency??? on: March 11, 2018, 09:30:36 AM
No, it won't. Daily currencies are controlled by governments and they will NEVER agree to use BTC as daily currency. Why? Because they simply have no control on Bitcoin (because it's decentralized).
17  Economy / Speculation / Re: 2018 good time to invest on Bitcoin and Crypto curreny ? on: March 11, 2018, 09:26:37 AM
I think that 2018 will look like 2017. Starting with a low price, and reaching approximatively $16K. So the best is to invest at the beginning of the year.
18  Other / Politics & Society / Re: Would you eat a human? on: March 11, 2018, 09:21:02 AM
Well, I could think about eating another human only in an extreme situation, where that would be the only solution for me to stay alive. But I don't know if I would be able to do that, as long as I'm not confronted to it in real life. No one knows what he would do.
19  Other / Politics & Society / Re: How to manage water pollution? on: March 10, 2018, 10:13:09 AM
Fashion is the 2nd most most polluting industry. It has a big impact on water in the countries where clothes are produced. Since two years, I try to not buy anything new. Only second hand products.
We need to open our eyes and face the consequences of our comsuption that is totally exaggerated. To really have a positive impact on ocean an rivers, we need to slow down our consumption

I totally agree with you. It's now almost 40 years that we live in a world of overconsumption. We often buy stuff that we don't even need, me the first. I do think that population have to become aware of this overconsumption and its impacts on our planet and slow down about that. But companies and governments have to set up more means to fight water pollution. Yes, there are already some in place, but it's not enough. Companies always want to make profit, and don't care about its consequences. If they don't do anything about that, things won't be able to change, even if voluntaries try hard to keep ocean clean.
20  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: MERIT SYSTEM FOR NEWBIES on: March 07, 2018, 05:30:46 PM
Thanks for your post, that's really well explained! I have the feeling that I'm doing what you said to get merit, but I never did since its creation, so that's pretty disappointing. Could you look at my posts and tell me what's wrong? All criticisms are welcomed! Thank you Smiley
