Can someone have knowledge regarding if is possible register a company in the UK for mining, i mean rent a place with the sole purpose of mining and it is legal doing it, how much tax you have to pay.
Honeslty i tried to research a lot on internet but is funny, not to much information is mention about this activity in the UK.
im not expect perhaps a big answer here, but please if someone have some information and can help me i really will appreciate that.

if you only use pci e 16x or one pci 1x and pci 16x, is it make same problem ?

bro, its about your drivers, install 16.11.2 driver, if it not fix; try first close the automatic ''driver update'' (and also windows update on windows) (there are videos on youtube about that, its easy) download the ''16.11.2'' here: http://support.amd.com/en-us/kb-articles/Pages/Radeon-Software-Crimson-Edition-16.11.2-Release-Notes.aspx 16.11.2 is important, do not use timely new drives on rx470 and rx480, if it not fix; try restart and install DDU, (you can delete the drivers with this program). delete drivers (close the driver update, (i m not talking about windows update, driver update is a diffrent thing. ) restart and install 16.11.2 dont change the riser socket position everytime on mobo, sorry about my english  if you have headache again fell free to asking here or PM Man i really appreciate your reply but i tried that and nothing :S, in fact the problem is not the 5th GPU, the issue is the pcie x16, when i use my 4 pcie x1 everything is fine. my mobo is Asus Prime H270 PLUS 5x Asus Strix RX 480 8 GB 4GB RAM Celeron CPU |

If you are on windows 7 you need to use 6x gpu mod
im on windows 10 x64 this issue happened when i connect the fifth GPU on the pcie x16 |

yo tengo el mismo problema que tu, la diferencia es que yo trato de poner la quinta GPU y nada, cuando coloco 4 funcionan perfecto, he probado todos los drivers de amd, incluso los que no recomiendan

Hello everyone, i have a mobo with 4 pcie x1 and 2 pcie x16, i tried to connect my 5 RX 480, but if i connect just one of them in the pcie x16 slot afterburner wont let me overclock and in fact the hash rate during the ETH mining is very poor but if im only use the 4 pcie x1 everything i smooth and fine.
i dont know if i have setup something in the Bios for fix this issue, please help!!

Gracias por todas sus respuestas, al final descubri lo que paso, mi mobo, tiene 4 pcie x1 y 2 pcie x16 si conecto uno de los riser en los pcie x16 la pc anda normal pero, no me deja overclokear y los Mhash bajan mucho tambien, en cambio al conectar todas las graficas en los pcie x1 me deja overclokear y los Mhash andan al maximo.
No se si tengo que hacer algo en especial en la bios para configurar los pcie x16 y pueda solucionar ese problema.

y ahora se reinicia.
Lo que, el rig?? el soft minero?? salta el controlador AMD?? Coincido con Leonyx, por problema de consumo no es, le queda margen a la fuente, siempre que esté funcionando bien, claro. Al final lo que hacia que reiniciara el rig eran los drivers AMD antiguos ya que al parecer tienen un ejecutable que no puedes eliminar segun lei llamado adaptivesleep.exe que me hace un hard reset cada intervalo de tiempo, luego de actualizar mis drivers, no se reinicio mas, pero los Mhash de una de las tarjetas siempre andaba en 4 Mhash/ seg y el afterburner no me deja incrementar el Memory Clock. Antes de cambiar de drivers, hice algo un poco diferente, cambie de posicion los risers, (Originalmente conecte 2 de ellos en los pcie x1 y los otros 2 en los pcie 16x) ahora conecte los 4 solamente en los pcie x1 y de momento anda bien a 27 Mhas/sec cada grafica. Aun no estoy muy claro porque ocurre eso. Metroiid,las maquinas hacen cosas raras que los usuarios medios no sabemos entender,el consejo que te doy y que me han dado a mi es que si has conseguido que funcione bien dejalo asi. Para ilustrarte con lo que te digo te pondre un ejemplo tipico: Un ordenador se apaga bien un dia y al siguiente no enciende,se le mira,se limpia,se cambian algunas piezas y nada,cuando ya te has rendido y el ordenador esta como al principio lo enciendes al dia siguiente y arranca con normalidad,porque? a veces los condensadores no se cargan o descargan correctamente y la maquina no enciende por eso. Es un ejemplo de las tonterias que pueden ocurrir en la electronica y la informatica. Me alegro que te vaya bien y puedas hacer un buen minado. Gracias. Hahahahah asi mismo es y lo se que siempre es asi sobre todo con estas cosas, ya bastante dolor de cabeza mi dio mi propia pc personal cuando la arme, de todas maneras luego de escribir mi ultimo mensaje la misma GPU que estaba a 4 Mhash subio a 24 y el resto a 27, al final no entendere realmente que pasa alli. Yo con Ethereum no te puedo ayudar mucho pero te quiero preguntar una cosa,por que le bajas los drivers a la grafia?
Como ya he dicho no entiendo de Ether pero,no sera mejor tener la version apropiada del software de minado?
Yo te recomendaria siempre tener los drivers actualizados,sobre todo en AMD,con la actualizacion de DirectX12 se supone que mejorara muchisimo la calidad de las grafiacas,luego,si has seguido mi consejo,mira cuanta potencia tiene tus fuentes de alimentacion y si al subir la carga son capaces de aguantar.
De cuanto son las fuentes de alimentacion?
Espero servirte un poco de ayuda y por favor,respondeme que tambien me gustaria saber.

Gracias por responder caballero, instale una version mas antigua porque en otro post de aqui lei que hay unas versiones para AMD mas estables que las mas nuevas y sobre todo para poder sacar el maximo a la grafica, por ejemplo cuando tenias los drivers actualizados cada grafica me generaba 24 Mhash/ seg y ahora 27 Mhash/ seg como vez en uno de los SS. Solo estoy usando una fuente que es la Corsair HX 1000i para 4 RX 480. |

Hello everyone i recently downgrade my AMD drivers for my 4 RX 480 now they are sucking more electricity and working fine 27 Mhash/sec before the downgrade with the latest AMD driver they worked 24/26 Mhash/sec, with the first config the PSU was using 550w but but the new config and the oldest driver is using 750w more or less i post many SS and you can check better my issue. Buenas a todos recientemente arme mi propia maquina minera y al principio funcionaba bien pero luego de cambiar los drivers de AMD a unos mas viejos para poder sacar al maximo mis Asus RX 480 empezo a consumir mas electricidad y ahora se reinicia. Puedo pensar que es un problema electrico pero ustedes diganme, aqui les pongo varios SS. Gracias |
