My account has been frozen going on 3 weeks. No response from support despite 5+ tickets. Is there any way I can get help unfreezing my account?

I froze it because of a suspected identity theft issue. That has since been addressed and there is no issue. Now I can't close any open positions or make any changes at present.

I'm working on a basic algo (algorithmic) trading application in Java, that connects to Coinsetter's exchange. I plan to open-source it shortly.
